good place, clean and easy to access. refilled fridge and handmade cake everyday which was extremely thoughtful of the host. Area is a bit rural but a short drive from the city, highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The apartment was nice and clean - looked just like the photos. The shower was fantastic. We had our ten month baby with us and the host kindly provided a travel cot and high chair which was much appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent and was quick so to answer any questions we may have. We would happily stay at this apartment again.

Beautiful, sparkling clean apartment in the ideal location right next to Duomo. Lots of natural light and a charming view from the bedroom window. The sunny kitchen is stocked with everything you need + provided breakfast bites like cornetto, muffins, and cereal. Fridge stocked with milk and water. Excellent host even gave me a ride to train station. I would stay here again for sure. There’s an elevator if you have heavy luggage.

Another great stay. This is an absolute "gem" of a flat in the "centro" in Modena. Walkable to anywhere and everywhere you want to go. Immaculate, comfortable and perfectly equipped either for a business or leisure trip either for a solo traveller our a couple. Cracking!

We stayed at Enzo's for one night on the occasion of the Ligabue concert at Campovolo, and we couldn't have chosen better! Top hospitality: Enzo was very kind, super helpful and made us feel immediately at ease. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was tidy and well cared for in detail. Breakfast was also excellent, plentiful and well presented. A significant plus: it allowed us to stay an extra hour on the day of departure, which was really appreciated. Highly recommended! If we were to return to the area, we would already know where to go. Thank you Enzo!

The apartment is in a perfect location in Modena, a short walk to most of the city. Everything was as described and the apartment had everything one could need. It was a great place to stay, even for an extended period of time.

The accommodation in which we were hosted was in a central, convenient area, corresponding to the photos and descriptions. Clean and tidy place. Fabio proved to be extremely helpful, always responding in a timely manner and providing very useful advice. I'd come back here without a doubt.

Monia was attentive to our needs and very present. Always kind. I really appreciated some amenities found on our arrival such as a bottle of water, everything you need both to make breakfast and to cook something. Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

I had all of the amenities I needed for my stay at Marina's apartment and could not fault anything at all. I had asked for some restaurant recommendations and Marina was responsive and helpful in providing these. In addition, she recommended some places to visit whilst in Bologna. All very useful. Nothing was too much bother for Marina. She greeted me on arrival and came across as friendly and we run through any questions I had. The apartment was clean and is centrally located in Bologna. I could not have wished for me.

Very cozy and original accommodation! We felt comfortable and welcome from the beginning, especially through the friendly encounter with Dominique. Surroundings is perfect for nature lovers. You can take beautiful e-bike tours and stock up on groceries in the nearby village or visit the restaurants and bars.

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun.

Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.

The highlight of our Italy tour! Super quiet and beautiful location in the middle of nature, yet grocery stores and the like were easily accessible.
