Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Province of Modena

We spent Easter weekend at Villa Pallegoria and were thrilled. The house is on a hill in Monte San Pietro, surrounded by nature with spectacular views. The last stretch of road is dirt, but easy to walk and is well worth the peace of mind. The villa is small but well organized: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all renovated and tastefully furnished. The real highlight is the covered patio with curtains that shelter from the sun and wind, perfect for breakfast or lunch outdoors. The garden is large and quiet, not completely fenced, we were with the dog and there were no problems. The area is ideal for nature walks. Monte San Pietro is close if you want to visit the village. Daniela, the host, is super kind and helpful, responding immediately to every request and bringing us what was missing for the barbecue. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature!

The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes from the main station, and about 15 minutes on foot from the city center. Very pleasant space, clean, well-equipped, quiet neighborhood at night. Great host. Warm recommendation.

Very cool place near the Enzo Ferrari museum. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I visit there again. A bonus, the cafe right below the apartment is a great place for breakfast and cappuccino.

Situated in a neighborhood outside the central city, the apartment is located on one bus line with 3 others in very close proximity, all of which get you to the city center in :20 on a very frequent schedule. There is a ‘green grocer’ right next door, plus some neighborhood restaurants and easy access to a very good grocery. Maury, the host, was absolutely wonderful. Her response times were phenomenal, always with kindness and care. The apartment itself is as pictured, very comfortable and clean. We stayed one month and it was more than adequate for two. Three or four people would work also of she offers that option. There is natural light, however the windows do have a frosted covering for privacy, but they are large and have the wonderful two stage opening of European windows so fresh air is plentiful too. Overall, a wonderful, comfortable stay.

Huge, beautiful and spacious place to stay. Very convenient parking under the house, located in a very quiet and peaceful area. To go back!

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto’s place. The country location perfectly met our needs. It is easy to catch a train from Reggio-Emilia to visit Bologna. Modena is also just a day trip. Alberto recommended a tour of a parmigiano reggiano dairy farm and production center which was so fun and interesting, and only a fifteen minute drive from the house. The sparkling clean house is spacious with very modern bathrooms, large comfortable bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. During the hot weather, we were pleased that the house felt cool. Fans in each bedroom let us sleep comfortably. Alberto told us that he is having air conditioning installed in the next few weeks. A gift of lettuce and berries from the garden was much appreciated. We enjoyed taking sunset neighborhood walks each evening of our stay. We very much recommend a stay at Alberto’s farmhouse.

The house is beautifully situated near Lago Suviana. Large, peaceful garden with a bbq. The area is perfect for people who enjoy nature and culture. Firenze and Bologna are easy to visit. Veronica is very friendly, a perfect host!

After having stayed at AirBnB properties all over the world (from Mexico to Malaysia) my wife and I agreed that this was one of the best. The property was in a wonderful part of rural Italy, within easy access to major centers such as Bulogna and Florence as well as many smaller and very attractive market towns. The place itself was very clean and well equipped with a well stocked welcome package of necessities ( milk, eggs, butter, bread, as well as wine, coffee and tea.) There is a local supermarket and several restaurants within easy reach which Guido and Claudia were able to recommend . We spent a wonderful 8 days there and our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Bill and Fiona

We stayed for a weekend in this structure... the house is really cozy and inside nothing is missing... the house is very well cared for, clean and equipped with every comfort... the structure is in an area of complete tranquility and relaxation, but you can reach the highway in a short time... I recommend this place to visit cities like Bologna and Florence... in less than an hour you can arrive in both cities... the host, Marco, is a really helpful person... really recommended... how to feel at home... thank you very much

I've been to Luca's six times, now it's a safety in my stays in Bologna. Very clean, well equipped house with convenient parking with garage inside the building. Very quiet and with a nice outdoor terrace for summer dinners. Highly recommended for business trips or pleasure. Thank you Luca for your kindness and availability

We came to Sasso Marconi to spend a short weekend and slept in Lisa's Airbnb. The house was perfect, everything impeccable. Lisa and Massimiliano are very helpful and attentive to everything, communication is great even via messages. Really nothing to say. Thanks again and I hope to see you soon!

Sally was very responsive and her place was great being located in a residential area of Modena. It was the perfect hub for our Emilia Romagna trip and would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Great experience, although it was initially difficult to check in, an alternative was immediately found. Spacious and clean, if we go back to Modena we will definitely book here again.

Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished and really equipped with everything that overlooks the slopes , the woods and a stream. The ideal for a relaxing but also active vacation, given the possibility of walks and trekking nearby. Great pizzeria/restaurant a few steps away. Communication with Luca was always fast and efficient, with tips on things to do and see. I'll be back very gladly. Highly recommended!
