You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

Welcome to the House of Sveva, a magical place with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher). A few steps from home you will find the ferry stop for the Borromean Islands, some of the best seafood restaurants in the area, a boat rental and an equipped beach.

Our waterfront villas at La Foleia offer two iconic types of accommodation. Maison d'artiste is located in Tabarino- Ameno in between lake Maggiore and lake Orta. The house architecture is typical of the area and it has been recently refurbished taking that into account. It is optimal for a chilled vacation or for working surrounded by nature.
