Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Nuoro

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Gianni's accommodation is ideally located, we loved being so close to the beach, and at this time of year it was very quiet. The surrounding nature is spectacular with beautiful unspoiled beaches and magnificent mountains and cliffs. I highly recommend this accommodation for its location and tranquility!

Beautiful location right next to the beach and close walking distance of restaurants bars etc. Lovely walk into the town along the beech pathway. Great peaceful balcony to sit out on. Lovely kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. Comfy clean beds.

Thanks to the good description, even with videos, we found the apartment right away. She made it possible for us to get into the apartment earlier, as our flight is loaded very early. That was very kind. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and excursions. The apartment was clean and the pool was too. There was a capsule machine for coffee and a spacious refrigerator and freezer. Everything worked and the air conditioning cooled quickly. There is a safe, which I thought was great. There is a balcony for sitting outside and one for hanging laundry. This is very convenient. We were very pleased. There is only one thing to complain about. There were no tabs for the dishwasher and spices were only a little salt and pepper. If we had known, we would have brought something from home. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you very much.

This was the perfect apartment for us. We have two boys aged 13 and 12 years and there was a good amount of space for us all. It is in a very peaceful residential area but close to everything. My husband and I loved sitting on the large balcony with a glass of wine, enjoying the stunning view of the sea and the mountains, with the beautiful scent from the honeysuckle blossoms below filling the air. There is a Spar supermarket just at the bottom of the hill to the left and lots of restaurants in town. Our favourite local beach - Palmasera - was a 5 min walk. It has soft tiny pebbles and lots of space. Cala Gonone was a great base for hiring a boat and exploring the Gulf D’Orosei. Do not hesitate to book here!

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

Ivo is very helpful and kind host, he shared lot of useful information eg. place to eat, shop, local footpaths. Accommodation was very clean, well equipped, situated in very quiet area with seaview. Hint for cat lovers- you can expect regular, cute visitor 🐈 I can definitely recommend Ivo and his accommodation for your stay 👍👍

Very nice house right by the sea, where you can also have a good time with two small children. On the beach in our time a lot of seaweed, but very private, there were hardly any other people there. The house is a bit more simply furnished, but you actually have everything you need. Thank you for the good time!

The place had a scenic view indeed. Very clear instructions from co-host side. Most of the evenings we decided to stay at home and ate home made meals with a great view. I would add anti mosquito net just to have a possibility to switch off the AC during night. Great stay overall!

Lovely cottage with beautiful patio overlooking a spacious garden. Everything inside is fine and clean. Nice extras such as: bath towels, chairs and parasol for the beach. There was also water and local cheese ready for us. We arrived at the cottage at 9:30 in the morning and were able to get in right away! Pier always thought along with us and his dear mother received us warmly. The village is a half-hour walk, nice route. And the beautiful beach is really very close. There is a road along the house and there is a large hotel across the street, we have not been bothered by that. In short: nice cottage, everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We'd love to come back

We spent 10 days in April/ May in this sweet little very lovingly furnished apartment with cozy terrace only 20 meters away from a fantastic beach. It is super equipped with everything you could need at the beach. I'm sure we'll be back.

Maria is an enthusiastic host. She is flexible, communicative and gave good tips. The apartment is super located. Close to shopping street, harbor, beach, restaurants and bars. It is recommended to visit the beautiful area around Caletta from here.

For people who prefer cosy, not-too-touristy towns, just large enough to have a few restaurants and a supermarket, Santa Maria Navarrese is a terrific choice, and Claudia's apartment, located at the end of a quiet side street and a five minute walk from the town center, the perfect match. Great view from the spacious balcony, stylish furnishings, and a bedroom located in the back which stayed cool even in very warm weather. We never used the air conditioning. We made use of both the spectacular coastal walking trail and the beach, both within walking distance. Claudia was a super responsive host, allowing us to change both our check-in and check-out times. Very highly recommended!

Amazing location and unit. Unit has everything needed for a long stay and is very clean. Had an awesome time. The only thing was that the internet is very slow. They use a tether box and it's 4g limited so we only got ~10mbps down and 7mbps up. It also seemed to throttle the speeds after ~5gb a day. We ended up just tethering our phones the whole time which worked well since we had 4 bars of 5g from the balcony but was expensive since we have US sim cards.

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

Beautiful place that is decorated with a lot of love for detail. The view is a dream! Top communication with the hosts, who are very attentive and take care of all concerns very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

We were very pleased. The place was as described and as shown on the pictures. The small balcony with sea view was wonderful. The location is great, you can quickly get to the city and with a rental car you can easily explore the beautiful beaches in the area. Daniela gave us many useful tips, including where to eat well. We think the price/performance ratio is great. Of course, you can't expect luxury accommodation here.

Had the most fabulous stay at Valentina’s! She was a fantastic host with exceptional communication. Especially impressed with all the local recommendations. Very peaceful place to stay. Clean, great location and plenty of useful items for our stay (beach towels yay!). Incredible scenery! Great hiking nearby and cruising along the coast is a must! I hope I will be back again. Everyone must visit!
