Located in Baunei, Serafina's apartment is housed in an ancient stone building, recently renovated in compliance with the architectural canons and with the use of the materials of the ancient Baunese houses. The apartment located on the first floor has 1 bedroom, a private bathroom, an equipped living room kitchen and a veranda from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the entire valley and the mountains. A common room on the ground floor and an outdoor patio are also available for guests.

Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

Nella ristrutturazione abbiamo cercato di conservarne l'atmosfera autentica e familiare che da sempre la rende un luogo speciale per noi. Si apre su una grande terrazza con giardino e vista sulla collina, ombreggiata da un grande albero di alloro quasi centenario da cui prende il nome. Situata a pochi passi dal centro, con la Chiesa del XVIII secolo, farmacia, bar, ristoranti pizzeria e una deliziosa gelateria.
