The recently renovated apartment offers exclusive private access to the beach, in the beautiful Bay of San Gemiliano, with a capacity of up to 6 guests. The accommodation is located on a private plot of land with a garden of over 6,000 square meters with an entrance gate to the beach. It consists of two double bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen, and a large double sofa bed. A covered veranda completes the property.

E' composta da due camere matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia, soggiorno-cucina con lavastoviglie, un piccolo bagno esterno con lavatrice, una doccia esterna. E’ dotata di climatizzazione, wifi e zanzariere. Non è in muratura e non ha arredi di design ma è comoda e ben accessoriata. No minori di 2 anni. No animali; no camper/roulottes/auto più lunghe di 4,3 metri/furgoni.

Una ripida e stretta stradina ti farà arrivare a una casetta indipendente in una vallata con un incantevole paesaggio naturale, lontano dal caos, posto perfetto per rilassarsi e trascorrere ore tranquille in mezzo alla natura. Qui ti potrai rigenerare! Su richiesta fornisco la biancheria € 20/pax da pagare in contanti al check-in. E' possibile utilizzare dal 20/5 al 15/10 una piccola piscina che dista circa mt 200 dalla casa ad uso comune con altre due case che ci sono nel podere.
