GARDEN WITH DECKCHAIRS, COVERED DINING AREA, BARBECUE, RELAXATION AREA WITH SMALL STONE POOL (5X3 METRES, 1 HEIGHT) AND LOTS OF NATURE 10 MINUTES BY DRIVE FROM THE SHOPS VERY RELAXING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SONG OF BIRDS BETTER DON'T COME HERE! I LIVE HERE WITH MY FAMILY AND OUR HORSES. NO PARTY!

L’abitazione, appena ristrutturata, è immersa nel bosco, a quota 1150 metri, ed è dotata di wifi e dispositivi di sicurezza moderni. Con ingresso indipendente e un delizioso patio attrezzato, consente di godere di meravigliosi pranzi all’aperto. Il giardino che la circonda, si affaccia sui boschi dell’Oltrepò Pavese, ed è corredato anche di una postazione per osservare le stelle con il telescopio! Dépendance ristrutturata facente parte di una antica cascina Lombarda situata nella campagna di Monticelli Pavese. La struttura dista 50km da Milano e si colloca ad una distanza di 30km tra Pavia/Piacenza/Lodi. Location in posizione totalmente immersa nella natura dei campi della Pianura Padana; tranquillità, relax e privacy. La struttura offre l’uso della piscina nel periodo estivo (dal 20 Maggio 2026 al 23 Settembre 2026) biciclette, e uso del barbecue e forno pizza in muratura.

We are located 1 hour from Milan, at the beginning of the Piacenza hills and very close to the famous medieval village of Castell'Arquato, along the route of the Via Francigena. In the 95 square meters available there are: a kitchen and a living room with fireplace on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave All 4-legged friends are also welcome.

Casa del Giglio in Cadelmonte

Completely renovated house in the small quiet village of Cadelmonte, 860 meters above sea level. In the woods but 10 minutes from Bobbio, elected the most beautiful village in Italy in 2019, and the wonderful landscapes of the Trebbia river, with its bathing and crystal clear waters. 9 km from the summit of Monte Penice, with several routes for hiking or biking, including the Vaccarezza Cliff, a rock complex on Mount Groppo, ideal for sport climbing.

The apartment has a separate entrance and private parking. Inside you will find a large kitchen area with crockery and coffee maker. There is also a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed and television. Inside our two-room apartment you can access the private bathroom with the use of a washing machine and a large double bedroom and, if necessary, the addition of single beds or a cot.
