Rustic and elegant, surrounded by nature. The Clubhouse of Podere Montevalle is a historic agricultural building, partly stone from the mid-19th century and partly brick from the early 20th century. Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

The house in the woods

The recently renovated house is surrounded by woods, at an altitude of 1150 meters, and is an integral part of the main house. With a separate entrance and a lovely equipped patio, it allows you to enjoy wonderful outdoor dining. The surrounding garden overlooks the woods of the Oltrepò Pavese, and is also equipped with a station to observe the stars with a telescope! A few kilometers away, you will find the beautiful medieval villages of Varzi and Bobbio. We look forward to seeing you soon!

The Residence on the Trebbia

A home surrounded by greenery with a relaxing atmosphere within walking distance of Trebbia. My family and I will be happy to host you alone, with friends or with your whole family. Our Border Collie Leo is very good with people and children but does not like the presence of other animals, especially male dogs and cats. For this reason, we can only reluctantly accommodate female dogs. A 50-meter private road leading to the banks of the Trebbia is also available for guests.
