The port and the sea are about 1 km away; to the north are the beaches of Calambrone, and to the south, the Calafuria cliffs. Bus stops are nearby, and the train station is about 1 km away. Livorno is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany: Pisa, Lucca, and Florence are all reachable in under an hour. Important Information: The mezzanine ceiling is sloped, and in some areas, the height is lower than an adult's stature. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. There is no parking space available. In accordance with current regulations, guest registration with local authorities is mandatory; therefore, identity documents for all occupants will be required. A tourist tax is also due, ranging from €1.00 to €2.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, as required by the Municipality of Livorno. Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

FaccendinaFlat was born from the renovation of a historic Tuscan house a short walk from the sea, in the center of Castiglioncello. La Faccendina has a large and bright double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and, on the attic floor, an open space area with sea view, kitchen, dining area and a comfortable sofa that can easily be converted into a double bed. The house is 50 meters from the sea, the station and the pine forest and very close to all services.
