Katia and Luca are wonderful people, super helpful and kind hosts, precise in their directions. It was a pleasure to stay in their apartment, where there was everything you needed to have a great vacation! We really appreciated the hosts' tips on where to eat and what to see in the area. It was a wonderful vacation. The apartment was very functional and nicely decorated. Plenty of space on the terrace and on the balcony. Location was perfect, a few feet from the beach. Lots of nice places in the area, and a great pizzeria in the house. We will come back for sure...

We felt right at home upon arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the accommodation and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the accommodation again at any time and definitely recommend it!

The contact on site worked excellently, Francesco himself showed us the apartment and explained everything important. In addition, he was always available when we had questions. The beach is only a few meters away and a mini market for daily needs is right on the doorstep. It was an absolutely successful holiday from our side.

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere at the pool! Nicoletta and the family are very welcoming and great company. Flat is a little difficult to keep cool in great heat. But the fans provided were very silent and good to be used during the night. However, we spend most of our time outside, at the pool, in the water, and drinking coffee at the bar ;)

Beautiful condo conveniently located near restaurants, grocers and shopping. Stefania was incredibly helpful and suggestive to our requests and needs. We love this place!!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. The apartment is right by the sea and is perfect if you want to feel at home. We were there as a family with a child and we lacked nothing. You can enjoy the sea from the balcony and are within a few steps of the beach. The fully equipped kitchen offers all possibilities for cooking yourself. Marcella is a very warm hostess, as far as dealing with us is concerned, we can say: perfect! We can't say anything about the pool, as it was unfortunately closed due to construction work. All in all: premium location, great apartment, perfect hosts!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Small apartment but considering the fact that you were only at home to sleep and eat is fine. Always clean pool. The comfort with the beach a few steps away practically without leaving the residence. In the morning Yoga for the joy of my wife. Maybe we'll be back.

Accommodation is easy to find, COOP is a 1-minute walk away, lots of restaurants, bars and shops. You can rent a deck chair or take a free spot on the beach. Beautiful view from the apartment, everything is clean. Friendly hosts, I recommend!

Spacious, comfortable and convenient apartment for a holiday in Rimini. The seafront is just a few meters away, and there are several restaurants and bars along the main street adjacent to the apartment. The most important thing is the personal parking space. Manuela was a great host, kind and helpful in giving advice on restaurants and bathrooms in the area. We followed many of his suggestions and we didn't regret it!

Our stay with Mr. Ugo was simply fantastic! The check-in was super relaxed and uncomplicated, as we met directly with the contact person at the apartment – no time stress. The location of the apartment is perfect: The old town of Rimini can be easily reached in about 25 minutes on foot or by bike in 5-10 minutes, as well as a beautiful, free beach The apartment itself is modern and very well equipped, with everything you need to feel good. The balcony with the incredible view makes the stay unforgettable. There are numerous restaurants in the area, all within walking distance. We can especially recommend the beach restaurant No. 69, but many other restaurants also invite you to eat. Shopping facilities are also within a short walking distance, which makes cooking in the well-equipped kitchen even more enjoyable. Conclusion, it was a perfect stay, because we would recommend it at any time!

Apartment has all necessary amenities. Is clean and spacious. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

A gem. At the center of everything on the Rimini waterfront, with a parking space. Well, what more could you want? Comfortable apartment for a family of three with all the comforts. Probably in the high season you risk being a little too central but there is everything and I repeat with the parking space available in front of the Pascucci cafe and attached to the Fellini park basically behind the promenade. The price in this period is really worth "the ticket" of the trip. Very nice, we will return (probably avoiding the high season, but for our own sake)
