Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Province of Rimini

Great experience! The apartment is clean and comfortable. Perfect for the holidays, also for the location. A few steps from the sea and a few minutes by car from many parks on the Riviera. Also, not indifferent, it has a private parking space and air conditioning. Especially in high season, I think there are two advantages. We also found good flexibility on check-in and check-out. Surely the next time we return to Rimini we will stop here again.

The apartment was neat and in a quiet area. In the morning you woke up to the sound of the birds. It is the top floor. Tall people may not be able to stand comfortably in some parts. The head was sometimes bumped when going to bed. In the summer, the space will be very warm despite well-functioning air conditioning. We were able to get along well here, and it is a nice and especially clean space. The host Lorenzo is incredibly friendly and helpful. We regularly sent him questions about restaurants and activities. Lorenzo always responded very quickly with fine tips. If necessary, we will definitely come back! Lorenzo, thank you for everything!

The stay at Patrizia's place was great. The apartment is in an apartment building in a quiet area of Rimini, very close to the city center and exactly as described. Patrizia was very kind and helpful, although the incompatible schedules did not allow us to meet in person, and she provided us with all the necessary directions to arrive and check in/out; in addition, due to work on the street of the house, she allowed us to take advantage of a parking space inside the building instead of leaving the car outside. Highly recommended!

This stay exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect – the communication was super smooth, the check-in process was easy, and the place itself was even better than we had hoped. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our time there. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone!

We had a lovely time at Federica's place. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. She allowed us to do an earlier check in and a late check out (we were limitted by the transportation means). The place was cosy and felt like home. The terrace was a wonderful feature.

Irene and Emanuele are such welcoming hosts! We felt at home immediately. The flat was beautiful and from the terrace there are amazing views of the hills of Le Marche. It’s calm and absolutely peaceful. I highly recommend Irene and Emanuele‘s place. Thank you for a lovely time!

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Stay at apartment hosted by Kristian and Gabriele was exellent. Place was clean, peaceful, hosts were kind and there was breakfast provided. We visited advised restaurant and it was one of the best dinners I had in Italy. We also made a little walk around the hills.

Well organised and speedy answers. Small supermarket at 200m, beach at 700m and lots of restaurants within 700m. We had to cancel the last day and Pierluigi reacted as hoped.

Beautiful apartment and furnishings, a mix of classic and modern, very comfortable, clean and well-kept in every respect. Mr. Paolo, so helpful and responsive, left everything we needed and more in the apartment, we felt at home. Super recommended, thank you very much.

We spontaneously traveled to Italy for 10 days and found this incredible place to stay. We are a family with a 1-year-old son and the accommodation, the beach, the surroundings were just perfect for our vacation. Peaceful but close to everything’

We were immediately greeted by Stefania with cordiality and as soon as we arrived at the apartment she immediately made us feel at ease. The property is in perfect condition and has all the necessary comforts for a great vacation . The host was always available to our requests. I found a kindness and friendliness that made me feel at home . Highly recommend !! It's a vacation-friendly place for families and kids too.

The house was on a very quiet street, with a few bars nearby where you can drink coffee in the morning. Clean, tidy and quiet place.

The location of the apartment is ideal to explore Rimini, and the proximity to the beach is also a big plus. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.
