Former church of the old seminary. It is an octagonal cloister, located in the center of Rovigo, the former residence of the Bishop. The property dates back to 1592, with subsequent renovations, inside you can still find stones from the period. Located 2 minutes from the city center, but in a private and very elegant setting with private parking by reservation 10 euros per day. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts. The attic is a beautiful "nest" in the center: it is located a few minutes from the three main squares of the city, the Teatro Sociale and the Conservatory. In 10/15 minutes on foot you can reach the train station from which you can quickly reach beautiful cities of art: Venice, Padua, Bologna, Florence, Verona... It is a unique environment with the master bedroom on the mezzanine. The sofa becomes a bed and therefore the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people but is ideal for 2.

In questo periodo non tutte le date sono disponibili per il check-in, ho disattivato la prenotazione immediata per questo motivo, potete inviare la richiesta con le date desiderate, risponderò in tempi veloci. Luminoso monolocale con grande terrazza al secondo piano con ascensore, centralissimo, appena fuori dalla ZTL, 700mt dalla stazione dei treni, 300mt da Palazzo Roverella e Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, 600mt dal Teatro sociale.

L'appartamento recentemente ristrutturato è al p.terra di un immobile di 3 unità, abitato dai proprietari e dagli ospiti. E' dotato di tutti i confort e dal soggiorno si accede direttamente ad un portichetto arredato e giardino ad uso esclusivo. Zona molto tranquilla, DENTRO LE MURA, a due passi dal Polo Chimico Biomedico Mammuth (Università) con parcheggio libero nella via e vie limitrofe.
