Ginevra's apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Excellent location, very enjoyable spaces, exquisitely equipped terrace. Ginevra was extremely kind and helpful, it was a shame not to spend more days there as it is perfect for enjoying Viterbo and its surroundings. Definitely recommended!

We had a lovely time at Luciana's apartment with an absolutely magnificent view of Lake Bolsena. The apartment is well equipped with all the essentials. With the window/balcony door open, the street was a little louder to hear, but apart from that everything was great!

We used the accommodation as an overnight stay after the ferry and were super satisfied. The apartment was extremely clean, far above the normal Italian average. Thanks to the private parking, we didn't have to worry about the car. Happy to come back every time.

Super satisfied with our stay. Valentina was immediately available and responsive in communicating. The accommodation is kept extremely clean. The area is quiet and you can get to the center of Viterbo in a few minutes. In the event of a return, we know where to stay.

This was perfect for my family and I, great space, clean and close to great restaurants. Daniele was an excellent host, very responsive. Definitely reccomend and would stay here again!

Excellent appartment. Large, clean. Nicely set up. Could use more lighting in theliving room for reading. Note, however, that it accessing it requires walking down a steep hill and up the hill for the return. This is difficult if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Fabio is a fantastic host and his place is very cosy, clean and intimate. He was very friendly and offered to pick me up from the train station, even though I had already arranged a taxi. He also took me to the station when I left. The place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. There is no air conditioning, but the thick walls prevent the inside from getting too hot and the fans provide a comfortable breeze. Amelia is a lovely town, and this house is at the highest point, so be prepared for the walk up — but I didn't mind at all! You have a beautiful view from the bedroom window. I recommend this place.

What can I say... we had a great time, accommodation very close to the center within walking distance. Mioara is helpful and friendly, I would gladly go back.

We’ve been traveling around Italy and staying in various Airbnbs and this place has been our favorite by far! The apartment was in a great location - it was beautiful, super comfortable and spotlessly clean. All the little touches made it feel extra special - wireless chargers, fluffy towels, lovely toiletries, snacks and a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge! Laura was a fantastic host and made us all feel very welcome. She even offered to collect us from the train station and drop us back upon leaving. It was a real pleasure to stay here and we genuinely hope to return one day!

Unfortunately my stay was shorter than originally planned. Marco was very accommodating with my arrival and helpful. The apartment was great and I had a great night’s sleep! I would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Place is huge for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay. The host went out his way to help us find the place. Overall, it was a nice stay in your place.
