The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

L'appartamento "Pepe Rosa" si trova in un antico casale di inizio '800, tra le colline a 3 km dall'uscita dell'autostrada A27 V. Veneto Sud. Il centro di Conegliano dista 5,5 Km. L'appartamento può ospitare due adulti e un bambino sotto i 5 anni. Grande giardino con tavoli panche e sdraio. Si coltiva uva da Prosecco e frutta. C'è un grande bosco, la fattoria didattica con galline, un asino, due gatti e due simpatici cagnolini.
