Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

The accommodation is within a property located in the countryside but 5 minutes from the center of Castelfranco! It is a small apartment of 30 square meters divided into living area ( with kitchenette, table 90x90 ,television and sofa 2 people) and sleeping area with double bed (with sheets) and bunk wardrobe. The facilities are equipped with 90x70 shower and equipped with hairdryer and bath towels. The rooms are equipped with hot or cold air conditioning depending on the season.

The location is located at groundfloor of our home (but completely indipendent), surrounded by greenery and you can reach in a few minutes the paths of the beautiful hills.

This Villa is located 20 minutes from Venice and is immersed in a true green oasis with 12000 meters of park, completely fenced, a large swimming pool 12 meters long and 6 meters wide, a lake with a small boat ideal for fishing. the Villa is furnished with very high quality finishes and completely renovated. Outside there is a beautiful barbecue ,a large table, a full kitchen with a wood-burning oven and a fireplace, the kitchen is equipped with a stove and a refrigerator .

The house is located on the hills of the famous Prosecco wine. The farm house, dated 1800, is surrounded by vineyards and a green forest that stretch for 20 hectars. The Agriturismo offers 4 apartments, two for 6 guests, one for 3 people and one small one for 2 guests. The beautiful cities of Conegliano Veneto and Vittorio Veneto are only 5 Km from the "Agriturismo". The A27 highway's exit is also only 3 Km from our farm house.
