Furnished in a simple and yet functional way including an induction cooker and a microwave oven, a Wi-Fi connection and a pellet stove for heating. There is a beautiful canopy between the house and the bathroom. The house is close to Lake Maggiore and to the lake of Mergozzo, which can be easily reached with a 20 minute walk.

It is located in the Scarpia hamlet in Val d'Otro and can only be reached on foot in an hour and a half from Alagna. Immersed in nature, with other similar huts, it characterizes one of the most beautiful pastures in the Alps. A bar- restaurant is a 10-minute walk away. A cableway carryes food and luggage from Alagna.

Be ready to take care of the fireplace (pellet) and be parsimonious with hot water. City center 1 Km away . In winter a ski shuttle is available.
