We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. A dream takes shape: Podere Cereo, to share our corner of paradise with you.

The apartment is part of a restored 400+ year-old wing of Palazzo Rosso, shared facilities include a pool (seasonal), a jacuzzi, a sauna, a small gym, a large playroom with a pool table, table football, a ping pong table, and kitchen; there are bikes, a barbeque and an animal farm. From Palazzo Rosso you are well placed to visit the whole of the Veneto region, we are an hour's drive from Venice, 40 minutes from Verona, 20 from Vicenza and Padua, and hour away from Lake Garda and the Dolomites.

Euganean Hills, Privacy and Relax

The house is located in Rovolon under the mountain of the Madonna. It's a very quiet place where you can stay in touch with nature without being disturbed. You can take walks in the hills and easily reach the spa areas of Abano Terme and Montegrotto. From Rovolon, you can visit: Venice (50 min), Verona (1 hour), Vicenza (30 min), Bologna (1 hour and 45 min), Milan (2 hours and 30 min). Montegrotto train station is 25 minutes away, Padua train station is 40 minutes away.

Immersed in the peace and tranquility of the hills of San Giovanni Ilarione, within the historic district called Panarotti, there is a compendium of old houses arranged in a line with each other and flanked by the stable, which was once used for sheltering animals. Now this compendium has been renovated trying to keep the history of this place unchanged; a humble house of peasants of the past, who had little but all that was needed to be happy.
