We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful house! The quiet location overlooking Lake Bolsena is priceless. With a pool and hot tub, an oasis of relaxation. There are many excursion destinations, such as Orvieto, Saturnia, etc. that are good and easy to reach. 5 stars for Daniela and her wonderful accommodation!!!

The perfect getaway with magnifico views. Great hosts, super good food, open to help and organize what you need. Very nice jacuzzi with hot / cold water like a bath-tub. The only small problem are forficula bugs and spiders but if you want natural surroundings than that is the costs. All in all I highly recommend this place for a couple escape. We got lucky and the horses where there to see us when we woke up.

We had such a great time at this AirBnB. It is a very peaceful and private place, perfectly to disconnect and relax. The hot tub and sauna are a great addition and invite to enjoy the surroundings. Location wise you need a car and prepare to drive a bit more in case you wanna explore Tuscan cities. I would still argue it is worth it as you get a great place to stay.

Gianluca was a very caring host. Accessibility and communication easy, straightforward and fast - in very good English. The place is great for anyone looking for peace and privacy. The house has everything it needs for a nice vacation including a large pool, sauna and hot tub. Gianluca recommended very good restaurants and excursion destinations. Above all, many insider tips, i.e. no tourist hotspots but local ones where locals eat. We will be happy to come back 😊 Thanks, Gianluca 👍

HOW WONDERFUL. Monte Labbro is a magical place, but we already knew that. The house, with its view, is cozy to the point of wanting to pick up the car. I've already told Franco, who is a very welcoming guest, that we'll be back soon.

We had a wonderful weekend in this apartment. The tranquility and privacy of the place are priceless, both inside and in the outdoor spaces you can feel total serenity. The apartment was impeccably clean and we especially appreciated the bed, incredibly comfortable! Traveling with our son of almost 3 years old, finding an environment where you can really relax is not obvious, and we were able to do it fully here. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a haven of peace and comfort.

Beautiful country house surrounded by greenery. Clean and equipped with every comfort. We spent three days of pure relaxation. The garden is completely fenced and safe, ideal for those staying with pets in tow. Communication with the host was perfect and clear right away. Highly recommended structure, we will definitely be back!!

We had a great time with Benedetta: a plus the pool to relax, the large manicured garden and the quiet location, perfect for visiting the beautiful towns in the area. Benedetta's tips are very useful and the biscuits of the pastry shop La Dolce Vita di Orvieto are very useful.

Staying at this cottage was a wonderful experience! Beautiful view and Federica is a very kind person, really exquisite! The cottage is very easy to reach, the rooms are clean and there is everything you need to spend a few days relaxing... also beautiful the pool, the solarium area and the animals. Perfect place for those who have children or want to relax surrounded by nature!

We had a great time at Angela and Enzo's place. We really appreciated their availability to make us feel at home. The decor is superb! Stefano and his wife Romina were amazing hosts. Always available to help and reply pretty quickly and proactive with local recommendations. The pace was really nice and cozy The location is quite private as you need to go through a not so busy road but it is a really nice path with lots of trees, bushes and wild animals that we saw (specially at night) Even though we had some issues in the airport and arrived way later that planned Romina, was always available and kind to be at the house to do the check in and and brief house tour. I completely recommend this place if you want a quiet place, cozy house and great hosts.

This is a magical and extremely romantic place. We stayed at the cottage for three nights and it was a wonderful long weekend. Ideal for couples but also for families since there are many meadows in the surroundings where you can picnic or play with children. Roberto was extremely helpful and kind, most likely we will be back in the future. Highly recommended

We were looking for tranquility, we discovered a paradise. A week immersed in peace, between relaxing in the pool and diving into the wildest waterfall, walks along the river and evenings among the brightest stars ever. It was hard to leave but we'll be back. Host always available and present when required. Merit note to the butcher and the village oven (mandatory car but for Celleno it is a few minutes)

Luca was a great host, the farmhouse is in a secluded location with a nice view. There was an inconvenience but Luca was timely and resolved the issue.

The owners were very kind, very kindly welcomed us and left the basics for breakfast and the essentials, even more than due, the rooms and the entire accommodation very clean. As for the check-in and check-out time, they were very flexible despite our ‘relaxed‘ times for the various family problems. Location scattered in nature, I will definitely be back

VERY GOOD ACCOMMODATION, GREAT HOST, PEACEFUL PLACE

We spent 13 days in Sergio's place and Cristina everything was perfect from very attentive hosts! It is a really peaceful corner where we rested as a family ( children aged 16 and 11) 45 min from Rome I'll be happy to go back! And thank you to Sergio for making a lot of effort to talk to us in French!!

Federica offers a very pleasant place to stay. Surrounded by hazelnut trees, it gives the feeling of being in a cocoon. There are numerous tours around here. The welcome is warm and friendly. I would recommend it 100%. Merco for your kindness.

We visited in the spring and didn’t use the outdoor spaces at all because it was too cold. I think enjoying the lake views from the patios are a special part of this home. Inside, house was clean, beds were pretty comfortable and kitchen was large enough to do food prep. It’s a very quick trip into town for groceries and restaurants. Actually, there are multiple towns around the lake with shops and dining so there are lots of choices. Wish we had been here during the summer for kayaking on the lake.
