In this cosy open space unit just by the pool, you will find a specious leaving room with a fireplace, a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a dining area. All surrounded by our beautiful garden. You can enjoy the sitting areas outside and have your meal under the trees. Enjoy also the nearby lakeshore and the beach bar which are less than 5 minutes walk! The sailing club is our neighbor and so the wonderful Albatross club. Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Welcome to our vacation home 100 meters from the lake. The house offers two bedrooms: one double and one with a single bed. The kitchen has an induction stove and washing machine. There are two smart TVs, WiFi and two air conditioners. The bathroom has a water heater, a shower with a handle and a hand shower instead of a bidet. Outside you will find a shower, paved garden with umbrella, relaxation area and electric shade tent.
