Ideal place for people looking for beauty, simplicity and seclusion

Here, it is wonderful to wake up with Marion's beautiful view and super breakfast. The place is in a quiet area that serves as an excellent base for visiting the area. Rome, Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany are very easy to reach. The hospitality of Marion (and her sweet dogs) is great and we therefore recommend taking advantage of her offer to dine. She can cook super tasty! The house is equipped with every comfort, clean and well equipped. So I would no longer look for a stay but book it immediately!

Mrs. Monika, kind and welcoming, makes us feel immediately at ease by giving us her complete availability, we take advantage of it immediately and ask for a tour, which she shows very willingly, in which we are accompanied by 2 beautiful small dogs very polite, who also accompany us to take the tour, what to say different panoramic corners with sunbeds on the view, and the possibility of dining or having a romantic aperitif, it was very relaxing and we thank Mrs. Monika for the welcome

The place was simply fantastic! I felt right at home from the first moment. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, the modern furnishings left nothing to be desired. We spent five days in this cozy apartment perfect for two people. The place is small but extremely comfortable, with all the comforts you need to feel at home. In addition, the location is really strategic, very close to the sea but in the middle of the Tuscan hills and therefore two lows from the most beautiful villages in Italy that are absolutely worth a visit. A special thank you goes to the host Dora, who was nothing short of great. She gave us lots of helpful tips and directions to explore the area and make the most of our stay. I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing and authentic vacation.

Elisabetta’s place is amazing. It’s set in beautiful and peaceful countryside and makes for an incredibly quiet, relaxing and scenic trip away. There is lots to see and do in the local Umbrian countryside, and Elisabetta couldn’t have been more helpful in offering recommendations. Elisabetta herself is the consummate host - very proactive in her communication, and does everything she can to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She even had some flowers for my pregnant partner when we arrived! Her son was also really friendly and helpful, and even came out to us with some ice creams in the 36 degree temperatures! I can’t recommend this place enough.
