Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Provincetown Harbor

This free-standing apartment is a gem — beautifully renovated and furnished, spacious and bright, easily accessible and just steps from the galleries, shops, restaurants/bars and beachfront in Provincetown’s historic center. At the same time, it is on a completely quiet residential lane for undisturbed sleep and quiet relaxation on the back deck when you want it. A roomy and comfortable bed, large and well-appointed kitchen, washer & dryer, bright office area and second half-bath round out the apartment and make for a perfect stay. Easily 5-stars — and one of our very best Airbnb experiences! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aruna's cottage was even more beautiful, both inside and out, than the photos. The interior was gorgeous, light filled and many decorative touches that made it feel like a 5-star hotel. The furniture was comfortable and there were many lamps which made reading in the evenings very easy. The art TV picture was very nice when the TV wasn't on rather than looking at a big, black screen. We used the dining table with statement chandelier for all our meals. There were all the kitchen pots, pans and utensils we needed. The refrigerator ice maker and water features were appreciated. Both showers were outstanding in function and beauty. Everything was spotless. The patio was so comfortable with a huge umbrella to shade us while we enjoyed the lake view which was ever changing. A highlight was when a huge turtle came out of the lake and walked across the yard. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is just off the property and is screened by a beautiful, tall white fence and evergreens.

Cong’s home was amazing - stunning, in the middle of everything. Couldn’t ask for more! Would recommend and would definitely stay there again!

The property and house are welcoming, peaceful and restful yet close by to PTown vibes for limitless activities. Interior and exterior spaces encourage sharing space together but allow for quiet respite in the verdant gardens. The kitchen area is well appointed and has a table where folks can gather and help or engage while meals are prepared. Love the idea that the TV IS NOT THE CENTER of life there—closeted away, but available; looks like parents or partners will decide if it comes out of hiding or not. This is a unique, magnetic, alluring gem that provided my family with a singular and exceptional experience. As an avid birder I was delighted by the variety of sightings and voices I enjoyed on a daily basis. There is a “Haiku” box that provides a detailed review of the days visitors! Treat yourself with a stay in Truro at this extraordinary property!

We loved the location and the home! The concert at the Hawthorne Barn was a treat to hear but it should be noted as we were surprised. Sooooo nice to be able to bike to the racelands, race point and not have to get into the car. Our fav place so far at the Cape, as we love P’Town. Thanks🙏🏻

Adrianna and Tara's place hit the spot for our needs.. we thoroughly enjoyed the setup inside with all the special touches and the outside had great amenities and access. We had a really nice time and will definitely be back! Thank you again for being such great hosts!

Back for our second stay at this perfect place, and I hope we can be "regulars!" Incredibly spacious and quiet, this whole-house rental is in its own little neighborhood of owners who take pride in their place ... while Pride is taking place 😀 It's a rarity in Ptown to be walking/biking distance to everything but spared traffic noise from Bradford or Rt 6 and party noise from Commercial! We have found our haven.

This place was spotless. It was bright and neat. Nice decorative touches. Nicole was clear on all instructions and was very communicative. The area is very quiet. It’s 15 from p town and downtown Welfleet. If felt like a home and not a rental

This was the perfect stay for a PTown weekend. It was on the edge of town which gave both peace and quiet and close proximity to all the restaurants, art galleries, and night spots. I’ll be back!

My son and I had a wonderful weekend visit to Eastham. Min's place was very clean, comfortable, and cosy. Coffee bar was well stocked and much appreciated!

If I could give 100 stars I would!! Out of all the airbnbs I have stayed at Jennifer’s listing has outdone them all!! First of all, Jennifer was the most amazing host and treated us like family! Secondly, the house was spotless, not a speck could be found (and I am usually picky about cleanliness) — it was absolutely exceptional!!! I will definitely be coming back multiple times. Beautiful little condo with great views and everything within walking distance. The photos do not do it justice! Will definitely be back and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the cape

Ryan was extremely helpful, proactively communicated, flexible, and a really gracious host. Everything was exactly as it was supposed to be and we had no needs to communicate about. I imagine if we had, he’d have been immediately responsive because he reached out to us in advance, making sure we were set for check-in, and reached out prior to check-out to be sure we were aware of the (easy-to-follow) instructions. Couldn’t have been a smoother stay!

In my years staying at Airbnb, this has to be in my top 3. The location could not be beat - stunning views, access to the beach, a short stroll to coffee shops, restaurants, and all the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street, but set juuuust far enough away that it was quiet in the evenings and private. The unit was clean and simply appointed with all necessities, the bed was cozy, and space was bigger than it looks in the photos. We especially appreciated the fully-fenced deck, which meant our dog could also enjoy the salt air. Extra points for the very artsy/funky entryway - arriving felt like climbing up to a loft from a storybook. Alain was responsive, flexible (our ferry was cancelled so he helped out with some last-minute timing changes), and a great host. 100/10.

I am hesitant to say how GREAT this place is because I want to keep it a secret to ensure that I can book it for future stays! It's so homey and comfortable, beautifully beachy, warm and welcoming. Comfortable beds and tremendous LIGHT! And in the best location. You can walk to Provincetown if you like a good walk and the bay and low tide exploration is literally a 5-minute walk from the cottage. Beaches, hiking trails, grocery store are all within a 5-minute drive. I did not want to leave! And Allison made you feel like you were staying with a friend--hospitable from first contact. Just such a great experience overall!

Rob was a great host ! He responded within a timely manner and the place was very clean and felt just like home. I would suggest bringing board games and such for the rainy days. For the folks who enjoy cooking the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. I would also recommend renting bikes or taking an Uber if you don't like walking. The walk to town was about 25 minutes. Overall great stay would love you stay her again it gives you the peace and quiet while also being close enough to everything and a beautiful view of the ocean.

The perfect stay if you’re looking to be within a five minute walk from the main strip of p-town! Place was gorgeous and the host is super sweet! The only thing you should be mindful of is although it sleeps three, there is only one parking spot, and no free public parking so plan accordingly! Other than that, it was a perfect stay and I’d love to come here again 💕

Kevin's place is perfectly located in Angels Landing across from the library. It’s a quiet, safe location at night. The proximity to abundant dining and shopping options made exploring Provincetown incredibly convenient. The home was well-stocked with coffee and sweetener, which we appreciated each morning. The peaceful setting allowed for great rest after busy days exploring the town. Kevin was a thoughtful host and we'd definitely stay here again!

Adrienne Marie's place was incredible. Amazingly decorated with gorgeous and interesting art everywhere. the furniture was comfy and artistic. The location was fantastic, overlooking Commercial St. The only downside was the coffee shop across the way played loud music till 1am and the delivery and garbage trucks woke us at 6am everyday. We used earplugs and white noise apps on our phones and slept fine. The bed was super comfortable and the two seater deck over looking the street was a great spot for people watching and enjoying coffee or cocktails. We would definitely stay at Adrienne's place again!

We loved staying at John's place!!! We appreciated how clean it was and the photos online were a perfect match (including the parking space that's right next to the unit). Truly a quiet street and just steps to Far Land Provisions on Bradford and the heart of town on Commercial. The large kitchen (with a lovely, large island!) and full dining room table gave us places to spread out a bit, which made it feel like home. The bedrooms also were well-appointed...thanks for the night-tables on BOTH sides of the bed! Arrival and checkout were easy, and John was very responsive to questions. We are no strangers to the Cape, and John's place is by far our "return-to" place for future vacations in P-town. We'll be back!!!

This was my second time staying here and I would come back again easily. Great to find a place in Ptown that has parking, is pet friendly, and is a comfortable place to stay. It's kind of a far walk from town, but not bad at all on a bike. Christopher is a great host...very responsive and friendly.

We loved the place! We've stayed in many weekly rentals over the years in Ptown and this was at the top. The place is freshly renovated with everything you'll need to enjoy your week.
