Welcome to our family "chalet" ! In Summer, enjoy Serre-Ponçon lake, in Autumn, walking in golden melezis forests, in Winter, skiing in Reallon (15min by car), in Spring, trecking among flowers in Ecrins mountains... Back home, enjoy lake and mountain large scenery while taking your meal either inside or under the fresh shadow of the outside dining room on the terrass. Internet is not yet connected. The lowest level is easy to reach for wheelchair (2 rooms, bathroom and toilets)

This cosy hideaway in an authentic farmhouse serves as a perfect base for exploring the activities nearby: the ski resort Reallon, the watersports and beach at the Lac de Serre Ponçon, and walking or cycling in the Parc des Ecrins are on the doorstep. A self contained apartment with space for storing sports equipment and parking. There is a south facing garden with beautiful mountain views where you can enjoy our 300 days of sunshine a year. Nearby: * 5 min from Serre-Ponçon Lake and Chorges village. * 20 min from Embrun and Gap. * ski resorts: Réallon (15 min), Les Orres (35 min), year-round activities. Option: House linen (towels and sheets) for an additional fee.

Your studio will give you access to the swimming pool (depending on the period) as well as a petanque court, barbecue, picnic table, etc... The entire outdoor area is shared. it is equipped with all the necessities of a furnished apartment as well as an outdoor space. For your meals, you will find several restaurants nearby. Note: Pets not allowed bed and bath linens are provided. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

In the small village of Prunières (05230), between the Réallon ski resort and the shores of Lake Serre-Ponçon, we welcome you to a charming, completely renovated gîte, with stunning views of the lake, in a typical house of the region. In winter, you can be on the slopes of Réallon in 15 minutes or Les Orres 1800 in 45 minutes. In summer, St-Michel Bay, its beach and water sports are just 5 minutes away. All local shops are also 5 minutes away in Chorges.

Need peace and healing? This apartment is in a secluded residence on the heights of the Serre-Ponçon lake. Close to the resort of Réallon, the village of Chorges, the mountains as well as 5 minutes from the Lac de Serre-Ponçon (Baie Saint-Michel: beach monitored in summer, bar, restaurant...) This place doesn't have wifi or TV for a total disconnection... We'll leave you the video projector with HDMI for movie nights! Remember to take your computer.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
