New VILLA SYÖTE! Located within walking distance of the slopes of Iso-syöte. The beds in the four bedrooms and the upstairs loft comfortably accommodate 8+2 people. The first floor of the villa has an open kitchen-living room, separate toilet, washroom, utility room, sauna and 2 bedrooms. In addition, the second floor has 2 bedrooms, a toilet and a hallway. The covered terrace has an outdoor jacuzzi. In summer, group table and gas grill. Airport: Rovaniemi 165 kilometers Oulu 154 kilometers

Yksityinen uusi rantamökki isolla tontilla, amfiteatterimaisella sijainnilla erittäin puhtaan Livojärven rannalla, Lapin Rivieralla. Kaksi saunaa (puulämmitteinen ja sähkölämmitteinen) sekä palju. Saatat ehkä nähdä poroja suoraan mökin pihalla. Tarjoamme kesäkaudella (toukokuusta elokuuhun) käyttöönne kaksi SUP-lautaa, veneen ja kalastusvälineet. Talvikaudella tarjoamme muutamia lumikenkiä, suksia ja sauvoja hiihtoa varten sekä kalastusvälineet pilkkimiseen. Kohteessa on mäki ja portaita.

A magnificent new villa on the shores of Lake Simojärvi. The villa is in a scenic, quiet location at the tip of the cape. The villa has four bedrooms with beds for 10 people and a sofa bed for 2 extra people. The spacious kitchenette can prepare meals for a large group and has room for 12 people to dine at the same time. The villa has two large saunas (electric and wood-fired) and an 8-person outdoor hot tub. Good beach, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and a rubber kayak for free use by customers.

New leisure apartment next to Syöte's services. The ski slope and sledding trails are accessible from the cottage yard and the ski slopes are within walking distance. In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails run right next to the house! A gorgeous spa section with an outdoor fireplace and an outdoor hot tub under the gorgeous starry sky! Towels, sheets and final cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. These will be agreed separately when booking.
