Vuonna 2014 valmistunut Mökkimme sijaitsee Paljakassa, lähellä hiihtolatuja ja maastopyöräilyreittejä. Mökin tilat sijaisevat kahdessa kerroksessa. Lasikaiteinen koko mökin levyinen terassi antaa mahdollisuuden aistia luonnon rauhan niin talvella kuin kesälläkin. Pihalla sijaitsee puuvarasto, nuotiopaikka sekä palju. Palju käytössä huhtikuusta lokakuuhun, erillismaksusta. Lemmikit ovat kielletty. Etäisyydet: Matkailukeskus Ukkohalla 26 km. Kaupat: Puolanka keskusta 30 km ja Ristijärvi 26 km.

The first floor of the villa has an open kitchen-living room, separate toilet, washroom, utility room, sauna and 2 bedrooms. In addition, the second floor has 2 bedrooms, a toilet and a hallway. Yksityinen uusi rantamökki isolla tontilla, amfiteatterimaisella sijainnilla erittäin puhtaan Livojärven rannalla, Lapin Rivieralla. Kaksi saunaa (puulämmitteinen ja sähkölämmitteinen) sekä palju. Saatat ehkä nähdä poroja suoraan mökin pihalla. Tarjoamme kesäkaudella (toukokuusta elokuuhun) käyttöönne kaksi SUP-lautaa, veneen ja kalastusvälineet. Talvikaudella tarjoamme muutamia lumikenkiä, suksia ja sauvoja hiihtoa varten sekä kalastusvälineet pilkkimiseen. Kohteessa on mäki ja portaita.

In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails run right next to the house! A gorgeous spa section with an outdoor fireplace and an outdoor hot tub under the gorgeous starry sky! Towels, sheets and final cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. These will be agreed separately when booking.
