The apartment is located in the most charming residential complex in the expansion area of the city of Murcia and is strategically connected to the city center by tram. As soon as you open the door, you will feel the peace that this space conveys. The lighting and decor have been meticulously chosen to make you feel better than at home. Upon entering, you will find the office area that serves as the kitchen on one side and the bathroom on the other. Moving forward, we come to the sleeping area, with a double bed with a large storage ottoman and a dressing area at the foot of the bed. You can isolate this sleeping area from the rest of the rooms at any time with the two sliding walls that will close off the space to maximize your rest. A little further on, we'll reach the lounging/work area, which is connected to the terrace and has a floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall window. The window has both curtains to maintain privacy and blackout blinds to prevent light from entering and create nighttime. Before going outside, you'll find a desk over 2 meters long and a sofa with a chaise longue that will captivate you. Once on the terrace, the table with two chairs will become your favorite spot for breakfast or dinner with the illuminated city in the background. This apartment has everything you need to stay for a few days or several months: bed linens, towels, a plug-in ceramic cooktop that you can store away when not in use to save space, pots, pans and cooking utensils, full set of dishes, a concealed range hood, air fryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker (capsules included), toaster, oil, salt and pepper, and washing machines and dryers (shared). The service costs €2 per wash and €3 per dry. For stays longer than 15 days, water and electricity would be charged as an "additional service." At the end of each stay, once the usage has been checked, the corresponding amount will be paid through Airbnb.

The house is located less than an hour by car from the best beaches in the Region, very close to restaurants with traditional cuisine. If you don't know Murcia you will be surprised!!!
