Francisco was very attentive and accurate in the directions. There is means of transportation nearby like Quintana station that connects you in less than 20 min to Gran Via. There are also bus stops that take you to the retreat in less than 15 minutes. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets on the same block. All within what is described in the listing for the apartment.

Luis's apartment is very centrally located. In fact Metro 3 entry is just infront of the building and in less than 10 minutes you can reach major attractions like Sol. Bus stand is also hardly 200 meters and Delicias station is just 400 meters. Connectivity from his place is best. There is supermarket across the road in addition to shops which open late night also. His place on ground floor is in a secure building with lot of open area. We really felt at home. Apartment was absolutely neat and clean.

Excellent experience. A great location and a very clean, tidy and beautiful room. Comfortable Bedding Paola and her sister are excellent hosts. If I return to Madrid, I would stay with them again. Thank you very much for everything.

Very nice modern apartment in Madrid. On the first floor which is nice for getting bags up and down. Near the heart of Madrid with access to all the major transit lines to get around the city. Would stay again!

Very bright and comfortable accommodation. Quiet location with a subway stop and supermarket nearby. Liuta was very kind and attentive to us, we would repeat without hesitation.

I was in the apartment during a heat wave in Madrid and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver. The place is comfortable, clean and very well located. Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

Everything was perfect. Nieves and Bruno made us feel like we were in our own home. They gave us all the facilities and more, both at check-in and check-out. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, bright, clean, tidy, with exquisite decoration and in a quiet neighborhood, it has everything. We can't be more grateful!

I can’t say enough about this perfect apartment in a perfect city! We loved the space for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was super clean and the host was so sweet and helpful and nice! The building is so convenient with everything readily available! Cristina’s listing was in a great location. Centrally located to get around on the metro and bus system. Everything match the pictures and the communication was great. I even got to check in as soon as I arrived.

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real landlord. Always friendly in communications that they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point of the city. Clean and tidy.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in the semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It is very appreciable, we warmly recommend it.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!
