We were between paying for a hotel or Airbnb but saw Mauricio's place and the photographs don't do justice to how beautiful the house is and the setting itself is. A green place where you look, overlooking the Calbuco and Osorno volcano. Minutes from Puerto Varas and different tourist points. In addition, Mauritius is extremely attentive and kind. Without a doubt, if I return to the X region, I will return to this same place.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped: it has an electric heater, a coffee maker with coffee beans, an electric oven, ice, spices and everything you need to feel at home. We were able to enjoy lunch on the balcony, taking advantage of the sunny day, a real luxury. The place is very quiet, no noise is heard, ideal for resting. The kitchen/dining area looked somewhat bigger in the photos. In general, it's not too spacious but enough to spend a few days. We were very comfortable and recommend it to other guests.

The property is very nice and conveniently located. It has details that make you feel at home... The only thing to improve is that the waste container is a recycled plant pot that has perforations inside, so the whole piece of furniture got dirty from throwing away Yerba mate. I suggest buying a waste container for the kitchen. The rest is impeccable!!
