Great landing spot near the Olympic National Park. Located in a nice neighborhood. Our pup enjoyed the fenced in yard, and we enjoyed the salt water hot tub after long days. The kitchen was well equipped to make full meals. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. Tons of space to spread out. I’d rent it again.

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

Erin and Shawn do a great job of communicating information about their property, it’s amenities, and the local attractions nearby. The property was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. It was unseasonably warm during our visit, so the 2nd floor was a tad warmer than usual but the fans they provided kept us cool during the night when the temps dropped. They were also helpful and responsive when I asked for advice. Overall, I appreciated their detailed overview of the space, including check in and check out procedures and parking…it helped eliminate any anxiety around unknowns. The location can’t be beat in Capitol Hill - lots of awesome restaurants and bars are nearby. The view of the city/Space Needle from the rooftop is awesome!

My family and I had a lovely stay here. The townhouse was just as expected. Parking is not ideal and streets are tight, but that is typical of the location. The house is walkable to many restaurants and a local grocery store. We were given clear instructions on parking, entering the house and checking out. Thank you for a great stay!

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

i've never used airbnb before this and Tri made it really easy for me. only stayed one night in seattle but it was the perfect spot for my friends and i. perfect for a group of 3 and we had plenty of space for our stuff. super simple process would definitely recommend it.

Easy access to Redmond, very walkable to everything. 425 Fitness gym close by one the best!

The hosting was phenomenal and Ali was more than willing to work around any situations that arose. Overall great customer service and would definitely stay again!

Newish townhouse, tastefully furnished, thoughtful amenities including supplies (coffee etc.); clean and inviting, well lighted. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the UW area; good access to Light rail and public transit. Francesca was very responsive; proactively sent information / instructions, and responded very quickly when I had a couple of questions. Self check-in, good privacy, comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Brian was a great host. he was very quick to respond to our many questions and offered local recommendations for food and activities. we loved the home. it was very clean and inviting. we would definitely stay here again if in the area

We had such an incredible stay. The location is beautiful, the views from the large bedroom and the roof are absolutely breathtaking at sunset. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, with clear labels and instructions on everything. We were in town for a concert at T-Mobile, which was only about a 35 minute walk. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and stores, but without the stress of being right downtown. Just about a 10 minute walk North was a great 2-mile path we used to run in the mornings. I would for sure stay here for a second. I kind of want to go back already!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alan’s space! Spent a few days in Seattle with my parents and this was a great location. Easy to find street parking every time we came back, and conveniently located near several grocery stores. The Airbnb was also close enough to the city center, which made driving to different attractions pretty simple (Chihuly was only like 20 ish mins). The space itself was extremely clean, well furnished, and stocked with everything we needed (cutlery, plates, mugs, etc). The space is on a corner, so some traffic noise can be heard, but earplugs are provided and overall wasn’t too loud - just something to be mindful of. If you’re looking for a spot a bit outside of the city, would definitely recommend this location.

We felt right at home in this space. Check in was smooth and easy. The apartment exceeded expectations and was beautifully decorated, clean, and welcoming. Surrounding neighborhood was lovely, and just a short distance from attractions. Well stocked with towels, blankets, and all kitchen ammenities. Host was incredibly friendly and responsive with efficient and great solutions if things arose. I highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay while we were in Seattle! Ubers were available instantly for anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Sonia’s place was great. A great place to stay that was located for easy travel to downtown and other visited sights. The rooftop patio was a great way to relax after a busy day. Sonia was super quick and responsive to all questions.

Such an excellent place to stay. If you are in Seattle, you won’t find a better place for the price. Very clean, well set up, and cool. There is a roof top patio that is so amazing. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Cyrus & Laura’s place in Seattle! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal—close to shopping, great restaurants, and very walkable, which made exploring the area a breeze. Laura was a responsive and gracious host, and we truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Seattle!

Dora and Le hosted such a wonderful stay for me and my husband! The space was the perfect size for two (it honestly felt quite roomy) it was nice and private and suuuper clean! Would also like to mention how cute the space was! Dora recommended some great food joins super close by, and there was easy access to public transportation all around the city. I felt safe and tucked away, and if I had any issues, Dora was very responsive and super generous. Beautiful place! Will stay again!

Definitely located in a prime location. Jessica’s place was very orderly and detailed with the Seattle theme. See for yourself. She had blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, detergent pods, fabric sheets, and extra ponchos and umbrellas. The beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance there is a coffee shop, restaurants, and a local grocery store. Might I add that Rock Creek Restaurant had the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life (culinary art). I’m very pleased I stayed here.

We loved our stay at Brian and Anh’s Airbnb. The place was nicely furnished and very comfortable, with a spacious and nicely set up kitchen. The neighborhood was walkable with supermarkets a half hour away. Using the bus system was also really easy with convenient bus stops 150 feet away.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, in a great location, and everything felt new. The bedrooms are on separate floors, which gave us nice privacy. Spacious bathrooms and a nice rooftop for evening drinks. There are a lot of stairs, and street parking was sometimes hard to find, but overall the stay was perfect. Easy check-in and checkout, and the host was great. Highly recommend!

the place couldn't have been in a more beautiful location. it was walkable to some incredible coffee shops, grocery, and restaurants. it was a short Uber ride to town and convenient to just about everywhere! our flight got in early and we were allowed to drop our bags off early and we just walked the neighborhood for a while. I will say that there was a bunch of dog hair all throughout the place as thought it had not been swept in some time. other than that, we loved the place!
