Solo city break? Our compact Micro Studios have everything you need for a short stay in Munich. In 16m², you’ll have a comfy 150cm x 200cm EU double bed. Though there’s no sofa, you’ll have all essentials – a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and designer cooking gear. The apartment is newly renovated. Neighborhood: Quiet residential area right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 8-min walk or 1-min bus. 15-min drive to Marienplatz.

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground-level annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. The self-contained apartment is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.

By S-Bahn (10-minute walk), you can be in the center in about 30 minutes. The plank area is shared with the landlord. Price is for one person (+ €20 for second person/night)
