Holiday rentals with beach access in Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera

Really enjoyed this place and all its amenities, loved the washer/dryer, since this was our last stop, we could do laundry. Amazing pool and hot tub, great secure location for our girls trip. Walkable distance to the marina or convenience store, absolutely would recommend!!!!

It was a great stay and awesome view to the ocean. Locationn is walkable to restuarants, clubs, and stores. Condo was very clean and host is very attentative and response very quickly.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Todo muy bien , muy práctico y muy buena ubicación

Goede host, veel informatie/instructies en snel antwoord. Fijne plek, we verbleven er met 1 baby en 1 kind van 4. Wij vonden het goed te doen. Ruimte is niet heel groot, maar voldoende. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt en oogt mooi! Heerlijk zwembad en fine strand. Prima prijs/kwaliteit!!

Stayed for a day and it's a Great place for the value-it's just as advertised. Natty made us feel very welcomed and is responsive. The place is also close to R1 buses towards the center. Highly recommend.

Paulina’s place was excellent. Absolutely recommend. It’s had everything we needed and more. Went down for a dental tourism (5th time) and this is easily the best place we stayed. It was super quiet, perfect location, security and customer service was outstanding. 5 out of 5 recommend!!

Super logement qui correspond exactement aux photos et à la description. Les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles et nous ont accommodés pour notre heure de départ. Communication facile. Je recommande ce logement qui est à quelques pas d'une superbe plage et qui offre la piscine à quelques mètres du logement.

LOVE LOVE this beautiful place!! Perfect location away from the busy of center. Gorgeous view to the east and west. Lots of space. Rooftop decks amazing! Great pool and outdoor relaxation space. Cannot wait to return

It was a wonderful three nights with our three girls (8, 5, 3). We enjoyed the pool, but mostly the convenient location to Playa Norte and all the surrounding shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Hermoso lugar con privacidad. Se escucha el mar aun con las ventanas cerradas. No se puede meter al mar pero se puede disfrutar de la playa cuando no hay muchas algas. Todo muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas y la cocina bien equipada. Es central y puedes tomar taxis por 50- 100 pesos para ir al centro o playa norte. Lo único que le cambiaría y no es posible es una antena 5G gigante de teléfonos al lado en una casa abandonada que se sabe emiten radiación perjudicial para los humanos. De resto todo estuvo muy bien y excelente servicio. Mil gracias

This was such an amazing stay!! Mara was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home 😊. This little spot is very spacious and tucked away with TONS of tropical plants and lights, it felt really magical. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again next year.

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Great place, spotless clean. I used many airbnb, in the past, this was definitely the cleanest i have ever seen. Extremely responsive host, always making sure that i have what i need. The location is in the hotel area. I personally got around just fine using the bus, $1 ride, and it stops almost in front of the condo. I will definitely come back.
