Absolutely LOVED our stay! Host and owners were VERY responsive, even during a minor issue at check in, they responded and had it resolved extremely fast. Very clean, comfortable, neighbors were so friendly, we felt very safe, this place made our girls’ weekend PERFECT! And the salt water pool?! Chef’s kiss!!!! We loved it!! Thank you so much for having us and allowing us to enjoy this little slice of heaven in Florida!

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. We'll definitely be back because we felt right at home. Everything was organized when we arrived. The house is very well located, easy to get to, and has everything you need and more. We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property and its gorgeous design. The highlight was definitely the private pool and spa — we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The house was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in every room made us feel right at home. Whether we were lounging by the pool, soaking in the spa, or enjoying the cozy interiors, it was truly a wonderful week away. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat! We'll definitely be back!

We rented to evacuate from Boca Grande during Hurricane Milton. It was a perfect retreat with everything we needed to hunker down. The hosts were wonderful, kept in close contact with us before and after. I should note, the day of, at the last minute, we decided to evacuate to Miami. Came back two days later and were relieved to see that airbnb did not sustain damage, so able to resume our stay.

My family, daughter’s family and I stayed @ Paulina’s beautiful home during spring break and couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation. Everything described about the home was spot on. We had our baby grandchild stay with us and the home had everything to accommodate. Thanks for hosting our family Paulina!

The was a great week stay for my family and I. The pool was the best, and the hot tub was great at the end of the day. The bed was a dream, no complaints in that area. Great location, at most 10-15 minutes away from most things. I would recommend Papa Joe's pizza for one of your nights. We would gladly stay another week, next year if trimming allows. -Thanks again for making our vacation the best.

5 Stars – A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

Fantastic Place! The pool and Hot Tub were clean and easy to heat. There was a small extra fee for electric but if you turn down the heat to the pool or hot tub at night your fees will be minimal. Outdoor Kitchen and grille was amazing, anyone who loves to cook will enjoy the professional grille. Beds were cozy, the place was perfect. Thank you Jana for the wonderful stay!🙌☀️🏖️🍸

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

The House was absolutely beautiful, Very clean and had all of the amenities one could want in the house and specifically in the Kitchen. Everything was perfect. I would just add that if I had to say anything to improve would be to add a handrailing at the steps in the swimming pool but that is my only criticism. Thank you very much for opening your home to us!

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! This is a great location, especially for boaters. The pool was great. The sunrise views and watching the boats come and go were incredible. You’re walking distance from the beach and some great restaurants (i.e. Temptations, Scarpa’s, The Outlet, Pink Elephant, etc.). The pool was great, especially for entertaining the kids. The house was incredible and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend renting a golf cart from Kappy’s (host recommendation) to putz around town and explore the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Monika's home. Everything was exactly as pictured. We have stayed in Rotunda West a few times and like the neighborhood. It's quiet, safe and the neighbors are friendly. There are so many beaches nearby and great shopping. Monika is a great host, quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating. Thank you Monika for sharing your home with us.

Graham's place is a beautiful home!! The house is filled with everything you need, everything for the beach, stocked kitchen, towels, blankets ect.. The living room is so cozy and we were all obsessed with the showers!! We loved sitting on the patio for morning coffee and watching the golfers. The pool was always the perfect temperature. My family loved the house! Thanks!!

Naveen was nothing short of a great host. She was very responsive. The house its self was very clean and homey, I was a huge fan of all the seasonings and kitchen items they had to use. Outback was very relaxing with the lanai and pool. We used the black stone and grilled and chilled by the pool. There were beach chairs, sifters, umbrellas, a cooler and a few other things to take to the beach. I think Naveen having those things is a big help especially if you are flying in from some where and have no room for the beach essentials. Being born and raised in South Florida I highly recommend this house. I will absolutely stay again. :)

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. Budget friendly great area close to everything. Pool was great. multiple BBQ 's with a nice Lani. Typical SWFL layout of the open and spacious. Great home to entertain and sleep 6 comfortability if needed. Will definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

This was the best house we’ve ever rented and will definitely rent again. Dorcia is the perfect host and the house is absolutely beautiful. Communication was quick and precise. We had everything we needed inside the house and on the lanai. The lanai is set up perfectly and we spent most of our days and nights in the pool. At night, we turned the pool lights and the white string lights on while listening to music on the tv. Every night was perfect and so relaxing. The master bedroom is a dream with a comfy king sized bed, double walk-in closets, and the gorgeous walk-in doorless shower. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house which gave all of us our own space. It’s an easy drive to all the restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Thank you, Dorcia, for a wonderful stay and we will definitely rent again.
