Spectacular beachfront and oceanfront penthouse, newly renovated. The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom and a wonderful terrace. With wifi to be able to work remotely overlooking the sea. Only 50 meters you have the restaurant Punta prima where you can taste some premium rice and fish and the beach bar of Punta prima beach where you can enjoy some great beach days. Only 300 meters you have pharmacies, supermarkets and all kinds of restaurants.

Lleva a toda la familia a este fantástico alojamiento que tiene un montón de espacio para divertirse. La urbanización es nueva,recién terminada , con tres piscinas, una de ellas para los niños, y jacuzzi. Se encuentra en la primera linea del mar con espectaculares vistas del amanecer y atardecer . Las dos playas , la de PUNTA PRIMA Y CALA FERRIS se encuentran a poca distancia. Tiendas, bares, restaurantes también están a poca distancia.

Nice reformed accommodation 50m from the beach

Completely renovated seaside apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice balcony with a dining corner and sun loungers. Just a few meters from the sandy beach of Punta Prima, the apartment is located in a very quiet and relaxing location, next to a promenade and a coastal path that connects it to the neighboring city of Torrevieja. It is very close to many quality restaurants and shopping areas, just a few minutes walk away.

We had an unforgettable time in this apartment in Punta Prima, Torrevieja! 🌴 The apartment fully corresponds to the description — spacious, clean, with a stylish interior and thoughtful layout. I was especially pleased with the huge terrace overlooking the garden — an ideal place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. A special pleasure is two swimming pools on the territory and green well-groomed gardens. The sea is within a few minutes' walk, and there are good restaurants and shops nearby. A parking space in the underground parking is a big plus, especially in the summer season. Communication with the hosts was easy and pleasant, everything was organized clearly. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: kitchen, household appliances, air conditioners, washing machine — everything is in excellent condition. I recommend this accommodation to those who are looking for coziness, comfort and a relaxed atmosphere near the sea. We will definitely come back!

We had a dream vacation!!! Beautiful, modern, clean apartment has everything you need to spend your vacation here. Beautiful sea views, wonderful sunrises. In common area gym, pools, hot tub. Incredible care of the staff to be clean and tidy. Between the pools, a bar where you can have a drink or lunch from the Nautylus restaurant ( really delicious food) We'll be back. This accommodation is wonderful ! So many spaces to sit outside. Absolutely loved the terrace which gets a beautiful sunset. Everything you could need in the kitchen. My daughter loved the outdoor pool and i loved the indoor spa and sauna. All of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. I would really recommend having a vehicle as the keys to get inside are relatively far from the accommodation. All in all such a great stay ! Highly recommend :)

First but not last stay in that apartment. Everything worked for us. Location, pool, closeness to the sea, the apartment itself and garage for the car. Very roomy and nicely equipped kitchen and laundry possibilities. Special mentioning to the air-condition - was excellent. Instructions of everything was good - very professionally done. How-to -type of video guides were excellent. Overall - excellent choose for 4-6 persons. Next time in Orihuela - I will check availability of this apartment... . Strong recommendation!
