Fantastic unit that has been updated and is fully loaded. Comfy beds and couches, modern bathrooms, plenty of paper products, and a nice heated pool. The unit is quiet and has easy access to the beaches and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Walkable distance to town square and just minutes from the beach. The pool was great to hang out in and had plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

My very first Airbnb and I'm sure it will set the standard for any future ones that I use. Super convenient location, plenty of parking, right on the canal so you see the dolphins and the manatees at any given point. I met Lori in person and she helped me with everything that I needed and was super kind. I spent a week kayaking the island and there are so many places to go that you don't have to leave the island once you get there.

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

We enjoyed our stay in St. James city. The peaceful surroundings were just what we hoped. Deanna sent us a list of live music in the area so when were done biking or hiking we had a selection of relaxed places to eat and listen to music. After hiking Randall Research Center or our boat ride to Cayo Costa state park, we bought some fresh fish, grilled it back at the place, then ate it next to the canal - very "Florida" in our minds. Deanna was always friendly and helpful, we felt so welcome.

My family and i had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fully equipped. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. Rhi and Michael were very responsive. We had some issues with the pool & hot tub and they sent someone to fix it the next morning. They also worked with us on an early check in. The no pet fee is also a very nice bonus! The dock & paddle boat was a fun added touch. My husband was surprised by a decently large lizard (about 3 ft) sun bathing on the dock. The dock is surrounded by trees so you can’t see it until you get down to it. We also saw plenty tiny lizards outside & also one in the house. The bicycles were fun too, i only wish there were 4 so we all could have gone on a bike ride together. The only other constructive criticism i have is some of the appliances could use to be updated as well as the kitchen sink/faucet. Also, the outside tiki area/tables n chairs needs to be added into the cleaning routine before guests check in. Saved 4 future stays!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

The house was absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful place to stay! We really enjoyed sitting at the dock and relaxing outside with the cooler summer breeze from the water. Brice and Daniel were great at communication and super nice! We would love to stay here again and recommend others to enjoy their stay here.

It felt like a private oasis: quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Everything we needed was there, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The attention to detail and level of hospitality truly stood out. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again and are already looking forward to our next trip back. Highly recommend!

This is the best booking we had had of several in this category and area. The home is unassuming from the front but you come into a wonderful, open spacious living area, a large lanai and pool and several bedrooms and bath. Totally remodeled and very well decorated . They have thought of, and provided everything you might need for a beach vacation: beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, coffee bar, accessory fridge, the list goes on. Outdoor and indoor dining areas, giant tv and lovely sectional. Immaculately clean and well stocked for dining etc. The neighborhood is safe and easily walkable , very close to Sanibel and Ft Myers beach. Highly recommend!

Melissa’s home was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. Nice location and quiet. Was allowed early check-in without asking. Melissa was very responsive and sweet to check on us during our stay. We will definitely choose to stay at Melissa’s lovely home again. No complaints!

I can’t rave enough about this air bnb! It had everything I was looking for in a family friendly vacation home. The pool was fantastic, being able to fish from the dock was a blast, the tiki bar with grill was used multiple times! Brenden and Trent had every amenity we could possibly need; shower products, cleaning products, good toilet paper, tons of towels and pool towels, a fully stocked kitchen with every pot/pan/utensil you could need. What really put it over the top for me, was how child friendly the home was. I wasn’t worried my niece would hurt herself on anything, she LOVED swimming in the pool every day and now we’ll have to buy her gymnastics equipment since she got to enjoy the equipment in the garage! I will absolutely be renting this home again and will bring a boat next time! Thanks for everything!!

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

Perfect location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Fabien was extremely responsive. Place was spotless and pool is close by. Definitely would stay here again!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

It was a beautiful property. The view was so nice right on the beach, there were a lot of accommodations, including beach chairs and an umbrella that we did not have to pay for. I love that we had our own private parking spot right by the door. I will definitely book again. It was so peaceful and perfect. The host was very responsive.

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!

We had a wonderful week in Sanibel and are already looking forward to returning! Chris was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that helped make our trip even better. The condo was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras for beach days: plenty of chairs, sand toys, shovels, and even a beach umbrella. We loved grabbing ice cream at The Shack and had some fantastic meals at The Lighthouse Café and Gramma Dot’s. Jerry’s made grocery shopping a breeze with their easy online ordering and pickup. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. Thank you, Chris, for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable!

The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, and it had everything I needed to make breakfast each morning. While the grounds are still recovering from the hurricane, with some visible damage, the pools are open and fully functional. Overall, it didn’t detract from an enjoyable stay.
