Brilliant nice little cozy place to stay. Nice ambience and all essential amenities make it even nicer. Special mention to Mr Pinku - assisted us throughout the stay - be it temples, sightseeing or any miscellaneous requirement. Mr Lalit - assisted us with temple visits and also arranged for a Pandit to describe us the significance of the temple. Overall a sincere and warm bunch of people - putting in best efforts as a team to make your stay a success

Suman is a very highly responsive and supportive host. We requested for a late checkout and she quickly obliged. The place very well kept and is exactly how it is shown in pics and having all amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for a family. The choice of furniture and fixtures is practical and good making full use of the space. The small kitchen is practical with all basic utensils for cooking and fully automatic washing machine was a great support. You can reach the place by Auto from anywhere in the city and Auto are available at the gate of the society. Sea beach is walkable while swargadwar and golden beach can be reached through an Auto / e rickshaw. I would highly recommend this place.

Great place and good host. You won’t regret staying there. Feedback for the host - perfume was over in the drawing room, phenyl wasn’t present in the bathroom. If you can place the caretakers number outside the main door that would be helpful. These are some small issues that we faced. All in all very thoughtfully designed house. Don’t think twice before booking.

STAY: The place was exactly as described on the website and is quite well designed for upto 3-4 guests, although perfect for two. The house was clean, easy to get into, kitchenette was great, beds were nicely done, the washroom was clean too. A cozy and lovely place overall. LOCATION: The location is good, with few good eateries around, and a few essentials too -- groceries, medicals, and condiments. The apartment is decent too, and the house has decent amount of sunlight while you'd probably need to switch on lights during the day. PARKING: The apartment has its own parking and it's pretty smooth and easy. HOST: Niranjan was well responsive and helped with all the details and queries while helping with local recommendations too. Well spoken, and polite.
