This typical Cantalian house gives direct access to the "La Jordanne" river and will offer you a relaxing stay at 900 meters above sea level. Located at the start of many hiking trails, you can enjoy the joys of mid-mountain sports. The fully renovated house will offer you the best comfort with its fireplace and equipped kitchen.

Multiple activities are offered in the vicinity: skiing, cross country skiing, rail sledding, ice rink, tree climbing, tennis, mini golf, mountain biking...

Les Coustounes offers you an interior space of 180 m2, with a clean and refined decoration. The 100 m2 living room, including the ultra-equipped kitchen, is very bright and comfortable, with direct access to the terrace and its magnificent view of nature and our mountains. The 3 bedrooms, one with terrace and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. The outdoor space, on the sunny side (the sunniest side of the mountain) is vast, with meadow and forest and the swimming pool (10 X 5 M).
