Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

Detached house with large panoramic terrace with unobstructed view of the mountains, very quiet place on a large plot of land in the countryside and 5 minutes from the city and ski lifts. The house is completely refurbished to modern tastes. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Sleeps 6. Ideal for a weekend or a quiet holiday in the mountains.

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
