All amenities in the resort at the foot of the apartment including 2 convenience stores, bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, shops, heated pool (for a fee), cinema, ski lifts, Tourist Office. The studio is a 30-minute drive to Briançon, 50 minutes to the Italian border and 2 hours to the city of Turin.

Very nice view of the Vallouise Valley and Mont Pelvoux. Supermarket, laundromat, restaurants within walking distance, entertainment. ⚠️CLEANING IS THE TENANT'S RESPONSIBILITY. The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.
