Full living unit above garage at opposite end of home living space. Private entrance door from back covered patio. Soundproof and quiet, full view of Mt. Rainier. Remodel finished 3/2017, everything new. Luxurious tiled; walk in shower, floors and kitchen counters. Full kitchen, eating bar, appliances, refrigerator, fireplace/heater, flat screen with WiFi. Close to fairgrounds, down town and river walking or fishing trail.
“The apartment is light and bright with a private entrance. Very comfortable with a great shower. I was here for a work contract and the location was really convenient as you are close to Tacoma, Auburn and at the quiet side of Puyallup. It is close to a gym, good grocery, restaurants and coffee shops. The hosts are lovely, and available if you have questions or need anything. I would happily stay here again!”
Studio is conveniently located downtown Puyallup, above garage. Air conditioned unit includes a full kitchen(stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher) with single serve coffee maker, private bathroom with slate tile flooring, and a small utility closet with a washer and dryer. 32" TV, Blue-Ray/DVD player, WiFi, and bedside table lamps with USB ports. Leather power reclining loveseat with powered head rest that also has usb ports on the side. Very close to bus route, and the Washington State Fair.
“Dana’s place was wonderful. My daughter and I stayed for about 8 weeks while finishing out the school year before a move. I felt very safe there and it is close, within 5 minutes, to anything you need for your daily life including local restaurants and Fred Meyer. Great walkable area. Dana had me stocked up with coffee pods for the in-unit Keurig which I definitely appreciated however you can easily walk to Elements Coffee and Froyo about a mile away as well. The in-loft washer/dryer was a huge plus for a long term stay and all pots/pans/dishes/etc are all provided. Dana’s loft is well decorated and a serene location set back from the road. Dana was very nice and responded quickly to any questions. We never had problems at the location. I would definitely recommend Dana’s loft for a night or several months. Oh, and most important, shower provided great water pressure! :)”
Please note, I am using 3 times the amount of sanitation than I have in the past for all rooms & the house. I ‘m centrally located on South Hill, Puyallup. Close by, McDonalds/Denny’s =0.7m, Olive Garden/Red Robin/BJ's Pizza =0.8m, Tacoma Boys/Costco =0.9m, South Hill Mall =1.0m, Puyallup Fair =1.5m, Good Samaritan Hospital =2.5m, Tacoma =7.2m, Graham =7.7m, Space Needle =28m. You'll have access to most the whole house. The house is in nice, quite, & safe neighborhood. The room is clean & cozy.
“This was one of the top Airbnb experiences we have had! The entire house was immaculate, including the backyard. Glenn let us use his kitchen and he had every appliance you’d ever need for a full dinner. Although this was a room in his house, we felt complete privacy. There is a gym and he even left light breakfast snacks out for us. I only wish we stayed more than 1 night. Thank for for an awesome stay!”
