The house is located on a paved road, very close to the Interlagos route, Lake Rupanco and various public access beaches. The view is spectacular, the silence and calm invite you to rest and relax in comfortable armchairs or in the Hot Tub (for a fee). It is an ideal place for hiking, reading, walks around the area or a good barbecue. The house is small but extremely cozy, warm and very well-equipped to accommodate a family of up to 4 people,

House in the mountains of Los Columpios de Cochamó

With a very nice view of the Reloncaví estuary, live a totally off-grid experience. The house is powered by solar energy and water from the mountains. The house is in the Cohiue de Los Columpios sector, right in the middle of the trekking that takes you to them. Access to the house door is by 4x4. For those who don't have a 4x4 to go up, I can tell you that I coordinated with the neighbors who manage the Cochamó swing.
