On the ground floor, a beautiful living room with TV and DirecTV, a fully equipped kitchen. Through the side door you enter a garden surrounded by fruit trees, and if you come in summer the raspberries will be ready for you to harvest. Upstairs, two comfortable rooms prepared for a family or two couples. And a play room with TV and armchairs. Table and chairs on the deck and a nice grill for your inevitable barbecues. Nice, spacious and well-equipped house in a prime location in Frutillar. Beautiful views from the house and its garden (volcanoes and meadows). Very close to the lake, restaurants and the lake theater. Also close to supermarkets, pharmacies and downtown shops in general. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for up to two people. 21 species of native trees were planted on the plot, which you can walk through.
