La mayor parte del día puede oírse el canto de los pájaros y recorrer los alrededores avistando una multitud de especies distintas de flora y fauna. En el bosque como en la playa, el huésped puede adentrarse y pasar horas explorando el paisaje, teniendo de fondo a los volcanes Calbuco y Osorno.

The interior decoration is entirely local hardwood, stone, and wool. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a pellet stove that keeps it warm even on sub freezing days. The loft is a 20 minute walk from Puerto Varas center.
