Ingrid’s home is incredible and was an amazing place to stay for our wedding weekend. The home is beautiful and Ingrid left thoughtful touches around for us. Communication was excellent and we had everything we needed. Exceptional host and exceptional property.

We had a very enjoyable two night start at Haining’s place. Beautiful location, very peaceful, idyllic. A highlight was waking up to see deer in the garden. Great value for money. Excellent host, helpful communication. We would definitely stay again, and would recommend to friends/family.

My partner and our children reserved this lovely home for a retirement celebration with our in laws. The home was spacious for all six of us and our family dog and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The home is nestled in a beautiful mountainous area with lovely views from all the front windows. It's rustic yet modernized layout and structure made it the perfect place to cozy up together or spread out and enjoy some quiet time separately. It's location is close enough to many trails and beach access points to get out and explore. The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge were definitely a highlight for our Spring trip and did not disappoint.

Clean place, friendly hosts and well worth what we paid for. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped (albeit small as described, but no issues cooking breakfast and dinner for two people) with cooking supplies as well as some good quality spices and seasonings. The chocolates the hosts produce are phenomenal and very reasonably priced, we loved the pink salt dark chocolate we tried, so we purchased a variety of chocolates to bring home for friends on our way out.

Katy and Dave were incredible hosts - they made sure the hot tub was warm for us each day and were responsive to whatever we needed. The place itself is GORGEOUS - we didn’t leave once and were entertained the entire time, even in the rain. It was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to be back at some point! Can’t recommend enough.

Everything was great! Bob was a fantastic host and the suite was very well equipped.

Terry's place was comfortable, well appointed, in a nice neighbourhood and very quiet. It's close to family we visit there. We look forward to staying there again.

I recently stayed at Ashley's place, and it was an exceptional experience! The property was exactly as described (and even better in person). It was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, especially the view was amazing. I loved the closed huge backyard too because of my dog. Ashley was incredibly welcoming and providing clear communications. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We definitely gonna stay at this place again. This time Summer.

Cecily’s place is so beautiful! Its matches the description, she is super proactive and left us clear instructions on how to check-in and what to do. It’s easy to get to amazing places like Hornby and Denmen Island for her place.

Overall, my partner and I had a wonderful stay with Alice. Her space was everything we needed for a peaceful weekend away from the city - full kitchen, bathtub, comfortable bed and just a short drive from Lund too. Alice was also quick to provide recommendations when asked. Thanks for your hospitality, we will be back!

Sandie was a lovely host, and the place was perfect for my stay! The unit was perfectly sized and the kitchenette had everything I needed to put together my meals. The outdoor sitting area had a perfect view of the beautiful garden as well. Thank you for the recommendations of things to do, Sandie! I truly enjoyed my stay at your place. 😃

We had a wonderful stay at Stu’s place. The apartment is peaceful and private but also in a great location. Stu is a great host- very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back in the future!

My two friends and I stayed here for the week we had school and it was probably one of the best places we have stayed. Very spacious, comfy beds, couch was big and nice to relax on after a long day at school. Kitchen had all the supplies needed. Nice to have the option for laundry as well. Very bright with all the windows. Short walk to the beach. Good storage for our paddle boards. Very responsive and friendly hosts. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything in town. We will be back here for sure!

This place exceeded our expectations it had everything you could hope for. We had a family emergency and she was very helpful and caring. I will definitely be staying there again and again I have found my home away from home.

Restorative, restful, spacious, with beautiful fragrant and flowering garden. Sandra and Tom are wonderful, kind folks who have created a place of beauty! I enjoyed getting to know them! Everything inside was well designed and easy to be in. Walking through the mature gardens was a delight. I was very at ease and hope to return!

The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was well labelled and Andrea even had “kid” dishes so it suited us perfectly. There is a dishwasher which was great:. The place was tidy and clean. We had meals outside and enjoyed the view from the patio. The kids enjoyed the small outdoor pool which was heated. There is access to a marina from the property but no beach. Andrea was very communicative and responsive. She answered questions about the unit when needed and was helpful to provide local recommendations for beaches and things to do. We arrived late at night in the pitch dark but Andrea’s instructions to find the unit were helpful and much needed as there were no signs indicating any unit numbers that we could see. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend Andrea’s apartment to anyone exploring Halfmoon Bay!

This condo was one of the best decorated places I have been. the view is spectacular and is located on a very quiet road. The trade off for not being near restaurants and other shops is that seal bay, one of our favorite hiking spots is 3 min drive away. Having said that, it is a short drive to Comox to get everything else you need. The space is very efficient and the neighbours are nice. We hope to go back soon and thank Kaylee for being a great host.

Beautiful oceanfront condo! The place was spotless and had everything my family needed for our stay. Quiet location and everyone around the property was so friendly. Would recommend treating yourself and staying at Ambers place :)

Everything was beyond wonderful again. Marina is thoughtful and kind and is there for anything you need. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay seaside, without a doubt we will be back again!
