Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Quartier Saint-Jacques, Perpignan

They are lovely, we were very comfortable the 4 days. It was a shame not to be able to communicate better (because of languages) but noz was missing anything. They are in the next door house and we fall in love with their indie dog. The house is cosy and beautiful. Thank you.

Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

The reception by Alain and Nathalie upon our arrival in Calmeille and the introduction to our "new home" was very reliable and committed. During our stay, we got to know them as extremely helpful, warm, generous and also discreet people. The house is really beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable there right away. It is perfectly equipped with everything that belongs to a successful stay, but without appearing overloaded. It is one of the top three of the many Airbnb accommodations we have visited. We enjoyed the hikes recommended by Alain in the immediate vicinity of the house. Simply brilliant, these pure nature experiences! We highly recommend the accommodation to all who love peace and quiet in nature.

Very well located, in a typical village with a very nice environment, shops, restaurants... Parking nearby for a medium-sized vehicle, otherwise no problem at the bottom of the village.

Small cottage, everything available, clean and super located to the beach and for shopping! Very relaxing area.

Apartment faithful to the description, 10/15 min walk to all amenities. A small terrace with a magnificent view of Collioure. We were greeted by Jean Pierre, he explained everything to us and he remained available. The apartment is very well equipped and everything is provided, towels, sheets... There is also a parking lot, which is important in Collioure! We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great weekend. Valérie is caring and at the service of her tenants. I highly recommend this haven of peace full of charm with impeccable service. Don't hesitate, you will be welcomed like royalty

Marlyne was really nice to us. The house is a little secluded but that gives it the ecantanto it has. The best thing about the house is the surroundings and the garden area that is greatly appreciated for those of us who have children. I recommend it. Thank you very much Marlyne.

We enjoyed our stay at Renes' place, good area with the beach a 10minute ish drive, the only downside I would say is the pool wasn't heated and it didn't say in the description if it would or wouldn't be heated, but apart from that everything else was great!

Spacious and well located house in the city, all shops nearby, easy to park (free). Very well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The small private garden is great with pool and summer kitchen. 10 min from beaches

10 stars, if I could possibly give them! We had the best time at this stunning house - it is identical to the pictures and everything was perfect for our family vacation! From USA - 4 adults, 3 young kids 7,6,4.5 and an infant, 15m. We felt like we had plenty of room by opening up the couch in the bedroom and opening up the sofa in the living to create even more areas to sleep. We spent so much time outside, we never felt cramped even with everybody inside on rainy days! All your essentials are there and there’s an ALDI, 4 minutes away… Lidl is about 8min away. Beach is 10 minute drive and there is free parking or you can pay to park with no hassle —- we chose this option as it was easy and only a few euros. I’ve never had such responsive hosts —- I sent a message and had a response with 2 minutes. When we ran into any issue or had question, they fixed it immediately with kindness. I cannot say enough about our stay, it was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend!!

This is a very nice and quiet apartment near the city center. Grocery stores, restaurants, and two big city parking lots are within walking distance. Our dog also likes the place =) Charlie was very helpful and answered us very quickly.

We had a great week in Perpignan, the apartment is very well located in the city center and is on a peaceful street! Samuel is a very welcoming host with whom there was very good message communication! I would highly recommend it!

I am absolutely delighted with this reservation! From our first exchange, Laurent was very kind and very attentive — a warm welcome that was confirmed upon our arrival. The accommodation is in all respects in accordance with the listing: clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and ideally located close to the train station. The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet place of the village, about 15 minutes away from Perpignan train station. Everything in the apartment is clean and the furnitures are fine. However, a little defict is that there is no regular air conditioner or fan in it, but instead it only has one heavy mobile air conditioner that makes huge noise when the wind blows loud, as loud as the sound of a tornado. If will be much better if a quiet air conditioner will reppace this noise machine. The service team is very friendly and respond to me quickly all the time, which matters a lot. Overall, this is good place to stay for short-term travelling.

Friendly and responsive makes the stay even better. The place is very central and parking must be paid for. On the street and in gated car parks are all very close by. A nice stay. To repeat.
