We had a lovely stay at Palazzotto2Leoni. The flat had lovely views & is very well done - the flat keeps the original Sardinian style whilst being very neat & modern inside. It’s close to everything that you need, has all the amenities needed for your stay & is very well secure. Costanza is an amazing host - she’s extremely pleasant, communicates clearly and is very responsive & thoughtful. If you are visiting Cagliari I highly recommend staying here!

Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Lage & Parkplatz bestens. Supermarkt nebenan und auch gute Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Zum Strand & den Strandrestaurants ist's allerdings fast schon zu weit zu Laufen, aber machbar. Ansonsten alles tip-top.

Die Wohnung ist hell, schön und ruhig gelegen und hat ausreichend Platz (wir waren zu dritt). Die Reinigung war nicht ganz optimal, da eine neue Reinigungskraft dies gemacht hat, aber Lucrezia hätte auch noch mal jemanden vorbei geschickt. Optimale Kommunikation.

Appartement au premier étage facile d’accès grâce aux instructions. Quartier calme. Un Lidl est à proximité, pratique pour les courses.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at Casa Masina. The host’s instructions were easy to follow, and the accommodation itself was spotless and quiet. Anna was always quick to respond and very friendly. We would be happy to stay at the property again next time we are in the area and cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Cozy Appartement Erika! Die Lage ist ideal: Der Poetto-Strand ist keine 15 Minuten entfernt, Costa Rei erreicht man in etwa 45 Minuten mit dem Auto und ins Zentrum von Cagliari sind es nur ca. 25 Minuten – perfekt, um die Umgebung flexibel zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber – tatsächlich das sauberste Airbnb, in dem wir je übernachtet haben. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Herdplatten funktionieren einwandfrei. Zwar waren der Backofen und die Spülmaschine außer Betrieb, für uns war das aber kein Problem. Besonders praktisch war die Waschmaschine, die wir bei unserem 13-tägigen Aufenthalt gerne genutzt haben. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und das Schlafzimmer bietet ein sehr komfortables Bett. Der große Balkon rundet das Ganze ab. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder in Cagliari sind. Vielen Dank !

What a beautiful apartment, such a great location and so easy to walk to all of the different areas. A stunning view from the balcony with amazing sunsets, a gorgeous bathroom and kitchen with a comfortable bed and lounge. If you go to Sardinia you must book here!! Sono stato benissimo e la casa era accogliente, purtroppo però ho avuto problemi con l’acqua calda e non è stato risolto fino all’ultimo. Comunicazione efficiente.

Soggiorno molto piacevole! Federica e Claudia sono state molto gentili , disponibili e reattive a rispondere alle nostre esigenze. L’ appartamento era pulito, e confortevole. L’ Alloggio è ben posizionato per quanto riguarda mezzi e servizi. Tutto è stato perfetto!

A beautiful place with wonderfully accommodating hosts! We had a delightful stay in Cagliari. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and peaceful at night. Its central location made it easy to explore everything on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a walk away.

non avrei potuto scegliere meglio!appartamento nuovissimo, pulitissimo e adatto alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo potuto comodamente mangiare a casa e raggiungere la spiaggia del poetto in pochissimo tempo. La casa è davvero meravigliosa ed Eva impeccabile! Ritornerò sicuramente !!

Nous avons passés 2 semaines dans le logement de Marco, l’appartement est impeccable, très bien située et dans une résidence calme et respectueuse. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un agréable séjour. Marco et Simona sont disponibles, réactifs et compréhensifs! À notre arrivée nous avons eu plus de 2h de retards à cause de notre vol, ce qui nous a fait arriver à 22h et malgré cela ils nous ont attendus sans nous en tenir rigueur! Merci pour cet accueil, nous avons adoré notre séjour en Sardaigne ☀️

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet – sogar für unseren Hund standen direkt Näpfe bereit. Für unser Baby wurden separate Handtücher sowie ein Babybett bereitgestellt, was uns den Aufenthalt deutlich erleichtert hat. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir auch, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche nach ein paar Tagen frisch ausgetauscht wurden. Die Gastgeber waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist schön ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen. Allerdings ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall notwendig, um mobil zu sein. Praktisch: Direkt an der Unterkunft gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist das WLAN, das etwas schwach war – ansonsten war wirklich alles top. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!

10/10 would absolutely recommend. Valentina was the most helpful and responsive host we’ve ever had. The check-in was easy. The location is amazing! Her recommendations were brilliant and really added to the trip. If you can, book this airbnb!
