WiFi available but you’re basically inside a tin can in a cornfield so reception is NOT GREAT (hence NO TV.) A gas grill, picnic table & 4 Adirondack chairs surround your fire pit. All on the grounds of a winery & vineyard surrounded by 300 acres of corn! Volga Lake State Rec Area adjacent w/a lake for paddling, fishing, & miles of trails.

Named after it’s neighborhood roots, this 2 bedroom apartment is full of charm. Originally the first floor of a 1900 home for railroad workers in Marion, it is now a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment we call the Irish hill. A completely separate 1 bedroom apartment (also on Airbnb) is the top half of the house, and we call that the Uptown B! Check it out on our host profile. Irish hill guests will have access to a .25 acre yard (unfenced). Only blocks away from uptown Marion!

Ausadie is a registered local and National Historic property, located in the Medical and Downtown District. Only a few minutes walk to many entertainment venues, museums, galleries, for live theatres, Coe college and many churches in restaurants. The building has been beautifully restored and offers a courtyard with a pool, flower gardens and peaceful Koi pond. Laundry and fully-equipped gym are also included.
