Apartment holiday rentals in Québec City

My boyfriend and I spent a few days at Karl’s place touring Quebec City, and what’s awesome was his location was only a short 7-10 minute walk to the old city with all the restaurants and sights to see! Street parking is difficult there, but the best place to park is Stationnement SPAQ - Youville - pretty safe place to keep your car, decent price per day too! It’s also an easy walk to get to - 5-7 minutes. The place was super clean! Easy to find actually, and had everything you need. Extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

A beautiful modern apartment with gorgeous historic details right in the heart of the best of old Quebec City, literally outside your door step. The apartment was so wonderfully quiet! Even though we were visiting during peak tourist season, and streets were full each day, no noise at all made it up to the apartment. Entry has 2 flights of stairs that are not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. This was not a problem for us.

My stay at Laurence's house was perfect. It feels like home, a quiet place and easy to access on foot. A well-equipped kitchen, surrounding silence that allows for quality nights and a responsive, attentive, caring host offering tips for exploring the city. I highly recommend staying at this peaceful oasis.

The location is ideal—quiet yet close to everything—and the space itself was beautifully designed, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. The garage parking is a huge plus. The attention to detail was impressive, from the clear check-in instructions to the thoughtful welcome booklet that was well thought and will most questions you have. Everything we needed was there, and it was one of the most well-appointed Airbnbs we've stayed in. The hosts were gracious and responsive, and it truly felt like they cared about creating a memorable experience for their guests. We’d love to return on our next visit. Highly recommend!

The location was absolutely charming—a peaceful, local neighborhood just outside Quebec City that gives you a true, non-touristy feel of the area. The home was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained (the bathroom is incredible!). The AC worked great, though we often just opened the windows at night to let in the cool breeze upstairs. One of the best surprises was the stunning Montmorency Falls—just a 10-minute walk from the property! Plus, having a grocery store and pharmacy within walking distance was super convenient.

Very nice stay with a private little terrace. They welcome animals too which is a great plus. Just perfect overall. Restaurant l’Affaire est Ketchup not too far away is worth going. Enjoy

Great airbnb experience. Exactly as seen in the pictures. 7 minutes drive old Quebec City. The place was super clean and the host was spot on with communication. Very transparent with the listing description.

The place was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is colourful but is close to Rue Saint Joseph that has a few options for coffee and dining. If you enjoy walking, this place is a fairly easy trek to get to Gare de Palais (main train station) and to the Old City. Jérémy is a very responsive host and was able to accommodate an early check-in.

The perfect home base for our explorations of the Old City. Vibrant city neighborhood where both the Lower City and Upper City were easily reached. Parked our car 2 blocks away in a garage and left it there. Easy walk to the loft. Comfy apartment with a fully appointed kitchen saved us some $ eating in. Earlier reviews about bathroom privacy were not issues for us. We loved the funky spaciousness. Felt very secure in the building and out in the street. Tall folks, watch your head on the spiral staircase. 😀 Memorable stay in a memorable place.

Beautiful and vibrant neighborhood adjacent to the Fields of Abraham. We walked everywhere (putting in loads of miles!) from this location. We felt extremely safe and it was quiet at night. This first floor unit had high ceilings, tall bay windows letting in good light and charming chandeliers, giving it a nice vibe. The two bedrooms were side by side and separated from the kitchen and bathroom by a spacious living and dining area. There was a wall AC in the dining room that kept the rooms comfortable (we went in a warm June period). The upstairs tenants didn’t bother us but we could hear them shuffling around. David was responsive when contacted and we felt like this was a good home base for our 7 day visit. Like home, things weren’t perfect, but very satisfactory. Our only complaint was the humidity in the unit, despite running the AC. Our bath towels never dried completely and when we tried to open up the place for fresh air, discovered that none of the windows opened.

Clean condo, quiet place, listing description was identical to what we rented. Our stay went very well.

I would add that the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was GREAT! Everything is nearby (grocery store, restaurant, historic site) It was our annual meeting of the three sisters and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for this comfortable Condo and the extraordinary nature that surrounded us.

Great place despite a late booking Eric was able to respond to me quickly because I was visiting Quebec City to come see friends and family her really makes things simple and to be able to get out of the routine the spas was in order. I would stay there for my next vacation!!!

Place is so quiet, beautiful and has all amenities. Nadia is a wonderful host!! She is responsive even late night and she makes sure you get what you need

The house was very clean, smells clean, and lots of extra touches that you’d not usually see in an airbnb. The view into the woods is a great plus- and the skylight as well. Bright space and good location. It’s easily one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve ever rented. It’s reasonably priced as well.

We took the apartment near the ski slopes. Totally out of season, we had the tranquility sought, at the desired price. The apartment was in a great location and included indoor parking. We had a great service when we asked our host questions.
