With stunning views of the Remarkables, you'll be able to soak in the breathtaking scenery from the comfort of your own private retreat. The space is perfect for couples or families with kids, with one cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen bed and the lounge has a pull-out couch for the little ones. You'll find everything you need in our fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and snacks during your stay.

Queenstown Hill Studio with views

The studio has free car parking, walking distance to town 8-10 mins downhill, but steep on the return journey, but well worth it for the views you get from the Studio which our guests love. Close to public transport. Great views of the lake and mountains. Comfortable, warm studio suitable for one or two guest with a King Size Bed. Heat Pump/Air Conditioner. TV, Microwave, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Washing machine, Iron/Ironing board. All linen supplied. Not suitable for children sorry.

Spotlessly clean & welcoming—perfect after a day of adventure or skiing. King bed can convert to 2 singles with 48h notice; sofa bed linen on request.

Studio apartment with incredible Mountain & Lake views. This stylish, warm studio has everything you need. Free on-site parking, unlimited WiFi, flat screen TV, floating floor boards, heating and it's only located 3.5kms from town center and only 1.2km from the airport. Great for a ski trip as it’s only 20 mins from top of Remarks and Coronet Peak. Suitable for a couple or a couple with a young small child. Any extra adults need to be approved and there may be a charge or $50 per night.

Barley Mow - Luxury Escape In The Mountains

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

An easy 10 mins drive from Queenstown Airport and Frankton / Five Mile shopping areas where you will find multiple supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. The Remarkables and Coronet Peak Ski Fields are also both close by. Being so close to the Shotover River and The Queenstown Bike Trail, you can also bike to the Gibbston Valley wineries, Queenstown, or Arrowtown easily.

Our lakeside studio unit gives spectacular views of the majestic Remarkable mountains and uninterrupted lake views, and is just a few minutes from the Queenstown International Airport. The Studio Unit doesn't offer cooking facilities, however we are sure that the close proximity to local Cafes, Restaurants, a Boutique Brewery and Takeaways which are all within walking distance, will be to your liking. It is only a short drive to world-class Restaurants, Golf Courses, and Wineries.

5-Star Boutique Retreat

This self-contained studio with kitchen, garden and spa is a luxurious, peaceful retreat in the heart of the Wakatipu Basin. This separate building got its own private entrance, central to many of the areas local attractions, just minutes from shopping and the airport, and about 10 minutes drive from the town centre. Walks, shopping, bungy jumping, jet boating, ski-fields and more are all close. A great spot to base yourself whether you are here to sightsee, relax or for business.

You will be surrounded by nature, yet only a 15 minute drive to both Queenstown and historical Arrowtown. Have it all! :)

Our property is situated in the beautiful Speargrass Flat Area in a private secluded setting with views of Coronet Peak and the Remarkable Ski Fields. We are a five minute drive from Arrowtown and a 15 minute drive from the Queenstown Airport or the Town Centre. We are also only minutes away from joining the Queenstown walking and cycle trails. Behind our hedges you will find a lovely sunny area with ample off street parking.

Welcome to your cabin by the lake. Created by a Queenstown architect it’s warm and cosy with underfloor heating for the Winter, north facing and sunny in the courtyard for dining in Summer. It's clad with Canadian Cedar on the outside and lined with Scandinavian Spruce inside giving a lovely natural ambiance. Located in a quiet and peaceful part of sunny Kelvin Heights it's beside the lake and the Queenstown Trail.
