You can enjoy spectacular lake and mountain views throughout the house particularly from the balcony which provides generous spaces for alfresco dining during the summer months. The lush carpet, comfortable beds and internal elevator are an added bonus. We use professional cleaners and hired linen to ensure our home is cleaned to the highest standards

A large, modern home with fabulous views from every room of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountains. Ideally positioned 8 minutes to the airport and 5 minutes to town. Can comfortably sleep up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. There are 4 bathrooms, 2 have spa baths for those long days on the slopes or hiking the hills. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuites. Enough space for everyone to have some quiet time and also a great living area to all enjoy the fireplace and views of Queenstown.

Beds can be configured to either Super King size or twin beds per room.

My place has beautiful views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. 200m to the lake. 10% discount for 7 or more nights. Walking distance to many nice places. I charge a basic fee for 2 people and $50 each extra person, maximum of 4 people., Planes fly overhead. Most guests enjoy this.
