The house is located 30 minutes by car from the airport. The living room, the kitchen and the restroom are downstairs, two bedrooms, the bathroom and the terrace are upstairs. Two yards are at the back and in the front of the house. It belongs to the residence Fortuna with a common park and a large swimming pool with one part given over to children. There is a life guard at the height of the season. Markets and restaurants are not too far. Some beaches are at the distance of 15 minutes by car.

Stunning views of the "Marquesa Golf", refurbished in 2022. Small cozy studio for two people. Very quiet community pool, a short walk from the property. Small center 5 minutes away, with bars, restaurants (for various budgets), takeaway, ATM, shops... I accept small dogs and not big ones, thank you for your understanding.
