I will always recommend this place, aside from having a responsive and friendly host.

The peace, solitude, and beauty of this place brought such a sense of calm, making the days feel like they slowed down. The only sounds you'd hear, away from noise and crowds, are the crashing ocean waves and birds chirping, accompanied by lush green nature & of course, the highlight of all,the beauty of the sunset. It truly felt like heaven and the villa wow it exceeded all my expectations. The fact that it was an underrated hidden paradise in Quezon made it the perfect Valentine's weekend getaway, far from everything. It’s definitely a trip for the books,one that I personally loved. The 10-hour long drive was absolutely worth it. It was about a 15-20 minute motor ride from the city. Currently, there is no in-house restaurant at the resort, and no fast food options, so be sure to buy everything you need for your stay while you're in town. It's the last city in Quezon, so that's to be expected, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had fun and enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Value for money. Great place for travelers, those in and out or simply looking a place to sleep over.

This is our 2nd time in Carol’s place, but this time we tried her 2nd unit. It’s a well thought out place. Everything you will need is there. Great interior! Quality furniture and appliances. Most especially, Carol is easy to communicate with. Overall, it’s a peaceful experience. If I were to choose, I will still prefer the other unit because it has a parking space in front of the house. With this one, it still has a parking space available but will need to walk a few distance.

We had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful, very clean, and spacious, exactly as shown in the listing. It truly exceeded our expectations. The caretaker, Rhein was incredibly accommodating and kind, always ready to help with anything we needed. The amenities and equipment in the house were complete, which made our stay very convenient and comfortable. Clarisse was also very kind and thoughtful, even surprising us with a welcome gift! The entire family really enjoyed the stay and had a great time. The place is not only solid in terms of beauty, but also in comfort and functionality. Highly recommended!

We had a great time during our stay. It’s a family friendly place especially the pool with projector where the kids were able to watch while swimming while the adults were grilling and chilling out at the garden. Interiors are very modern and aesthetic. Rooms were clean and spacious, including the toilets. They provided basic toiletries and was surprised they even have clothes steamer which is a necessity for me, and they also had soft towels. I only wish there were bidets in the toilet and the kitchen had more kitchenware like serving bowls, plates and pans. The caretakers were not as responsive so better contact the host when you’re there. The clubhouse has a huge pool, jacuzzi, separate kiddy pool and a playground plus a wide beach. You can also order food at their resto. Overall, I will highly recommend the place to family and friends. We should have stayed at least two nights to fully enjoy it, though :)

we had a truly pleasant stay. the place was cozy and set in a beautiful, serene environment. Rowena was incredibly accommodating. she assisted us with all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. the locals in the area were also very welcoming, which made us feel at peace. it was an amazing experience, perfect for anyone looking to escape the busier parts of town. if given the chance, we’d definitely love to come back! 😊

I would highly recommend this place. The host was very responsive and friendly. It was easy to communicate. The place was clean and it was easy to park. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. I will definitely come back next time I visit.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this place!! The host(Miss Dulce) is very responsive and the caretaker (Miss Divine ) is very approachable and nice! They accomodated our request too. We had to book for a place (3 days) near Saint Anne's hospital bc my sister was confined. This place feels like our Home, very cozy and spacious. We can cook outside at the veranda (complete utensils/cookware) while sipping coffee..very relaxing and nice neighborhood..very accesible and near the town and Sm lucena.Overall, it's worth the price and a very great experience.Thanks a lot!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our second time staying in this airbnb. Location is easy to find and less than 10 mins away from SM lucena. I’m glad that they’re pet friendly. You get what you paid for. The AC is cool, the floors are clean, and no smell of pets. They respond after a few hours but they’re accommodating. Will stay again here.

We had a great stay at this condo unit in lucban. Great location where we can just walk to go in the market and church that comes with a cheaper price. No aircon but the weather is cool so we don’t think it needs one. The owner and her son is accommodating to our needs as well. I would just like to suggest for the owner to change the pin location and wifi details in the airbnb app for more accuracy. Nonetheless, we still recommend this place.

Sir Ar Ar and family were very hospitable and accommodating. The place is also convenient to be at as it is near bayan, Pacific Mall, and even the Carmel of St Joseph monastery.

Peaceful and quiet place to stay after a long travel. Lots of fastfoods/restaurants around the area. Accessible to public transport if you are a commuter. Finally, host is active and responsive. She will assist on your requests and needs.

Neville's place is amazing! It's located in nearby malls and easy public transportation using tricycles. Very clean room and great bed! Air conditioning is superb and has everything including refrigerator, microwave, utensils, table and bathroom has everything as well including shampoo, toothpaste, hand soap etc. Thank you, Neville! Before I checked in, host informed me of a small issue in her aircon and immediately upgraded me and transferred to another of her units in the same building in person. Check in process was smooth, host very responsive, and also provided additional linens and toiletries when needed. There is a washing machine in unit, netflix and the building staff come to the unit morning and evening to collect your rubbish. Great location: busiest area of Uptown BGC and 1 block away from Mitsukoshi Mall, Uptown Mall and Landers. Highly recommend this host and I would stay again if im in the area again.
