It has everything and is super comfortable, with excellent heating and hot water. It also has board games for family nights. The place is wonderful. Very comfortable, everything was very clean and the apartment is atomic. The terrace is giant, the view is 180 degrees and the descent to the beach is direct. Easily easy to get to. The only thing I don't recommend is for people dependent on wheelchairs or cars, because you have to go down a floor down the staircase, nothing serious, but complicated for people with little mobility. Everything else is super-equipped. Unexpected highlight: the janitor Ariel passed by for kind and helpful, he helped us at all times.

The accommodation is excellent, the apartment is very comfortable and well distributed, it was easy to get to, and has direct beach access. Totally recommended.

Amazing the depto, super comfortable and clean. It is newly remodeled and painted, we take care of it as if it were our own, looking forward to coming back. Gustavo, the super friendly host and always responded in time. The view is also a plus, the beach looks beautiful from the terrace and main piece.

Amazing house on the beach, beautiful interior and garden, very well maintained. Quiet place. The pool is very nice. It has everything so you don't want to leave the house! Very well-equipped kitchen… everything is very comfortable. The only thing I recommend is to wear a sleeping mask because of the light that comes in in the morning (if that's something that bothers you).

Alejandro was always very friendly, always attentive to us and answered every question super quick. We loved the house, very nice, not only because of its incredible design but because everything works perfect, very comfortable in every way. The location is ideal for resting, the fact that I have the rooms isolated makes you able to be in the living room with noise without bothering those who sleep. We would come back without thinking, by far the best Airbnb house I've rented 🙂

Great house. Right at the golf course. Easy access to other activities like Padel, Tennis, surf, hiking, horsebackriding, parapente and Barbecue. We loved the house.

We loved staying at Condominio polo maitencillo. Such a great place for a family to go and enjoy the space, the house was extremely beautiful, clean, and they had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
