Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the porch. We live in the adjoining house, without a neighbor opposite, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. You will probably meet our 2 cats and on occasion you might hear our little dog speak. Bourg de Moelan 2 km shops and supermarket, market on Tuesday Train station 15 min

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door construction

Bathroom and toilet are independent, located in the main house and accessible day and night A breakfast of local products is available for a fee of €5/person.
