Bedrooms are located in two wings that branch off from the central living area. Has an entertaining deck amongst the treetops. Home has direct access to a short walking trail. Only 8 min drive to Dunsborough town/beach. Linen hire cost is included in our cleaning cost rather than added into the nightly rate.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable for our group of 8 adults and a few young kids. The location was perfect, just minutes from Dunsborough town centre, where we found everything we needed, even a doctor when our little one fell ill during the trip. The house was a great base for exploring Margaret River and Augusta. We especially appreciated the single-level layout with no stairs, ideal for families with young children. The outdoor space was another highlight. The kids had a great time playing outside whenever the weather was good, and we really enjoyed relaxing evenings with BBQ dinners in the fresh air. To top it off, we even spotted wild wallabies in the backyard. Such a lovely surprise and a highlight for the kids! Although we didn’t use the extension during our stay, it’s a great bonus and would be perfect for larger groups. This home is clean, family-friendly and in a fantastic location. We highly recommend!

Exceptional stay at the Elanora. The place itself was fabulous and having built ourselves, we appreciated the house layout and finishes. All amenities were provided, the host doesn’t miss a trick. Super clean throughout. Close to the town and on a lovely cul de sac. We were very lucky to be able to bring our pooch who felt right at home. Can’t fault our stay ☺️

Mint Haus - Stylish Coastal Retreat in Dunsborough

We had a wonderful few days at Mint Haus. Alison was super responsive and very flexible with check in and out times which we really appreciated. The house is much larger than it looks in the photos and beautiful and clean. The furniture and decor is very tasteful and everywhere was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need, as stated in the description it doesn't have an oven but this didn't worry us as there were lots of other cooking appliances to make a meal. The house is really well located and if you exit out the back door you can walk right into Dunsborough town in an easy 20 minutes and reach all the lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. We went in Winter so didn't go in the ocean but the beach is 2 mins walk from the house which was lovely. The propery is surrounded by amazing houses which makes for a nice walk into town. The house and bedrooms are all very spacious too. It was great to have a pool table too which we really enjoyed. We would definately recommend!

STUNNING!! Lena's place was such a delight. Everything was so immaculate and clean. The house is so beautiful and homely, I loved all the high end appliances and found everything so easy to use. Better then any hotel we've ever stayed out.
