Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Relaxing stay. Views are beautiful. Decor beautiful. Comfy beds. Lots to do in the area even on a wet weekend. Loved watching waves and rain coming through, especially delighted to see so many rainbows from the balcony. Can recommend The Common in the resort for a drink and pub dinner and breakfast at Sea Garden.

Yallinup is a beautifully stunning place. The accommodation was perfectly located right across from the beach. The place was easy to find, clean and as described. Lizzie was responsive and proactive which made the stay very easy. Great location to explore and if you love trail running you will love the coast line trails.

This is our 3rd stay at Capeview beach resorts but our first in Joshua’s unit. It served our purpose by being close enough to Margaret River. The house is tidy and well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen. A family with kids would find the bikes and kayaks a bonus.

This was our second stay and we absolutely loved it! Our fur baby loved exploring the property, meeting wild kangaroos and the horses next door. I have multiple chronic illnesses and unfortunately was only able to go out on two occasions for a few hours across our 7 night stay. Most of my time was spent sitting on the couch. I absolutely loved looking out the floor to ceiling windows, soaking in the gorgeous views and watching wildlife. It’s like a little slice of paradise. As we weren’t able to venture out, we got to spend a lot of time at “home”. The pantry had a great selection of “staples” and all the utensils/appliances you could need. There’s an open garage which houses 2 cars and a fantastic wood fire. The hosts are brilliant. The home was spotless on check-in and when I had a question, Sally and Jodie responded within minutes. We are already looking forward returning for a third time! To Sally & Jodie, thank you for making sure we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We loved it
